Went in for a money piece and she burnt off my hair and left it with spots everywhere it like Orange and got mad when I told her it’s Breaking off said you can put color over it then what was the point in coming to you my scalp is hurting where she burnt itDidn’t offer to fix it and try to flat iron it and said it’s a small town I will winI was like what the heck never again

Was not happy at all with cut and color. Took pictures of what I wanted. I didn't get anything close to what it was. She was very nice but didn't pay attention to what I wanted. The color is nonexistent. You can't see it at all. I wish it would have been better because I really liked her.

This is the worst place I have even been in my life my toddler could of done a better job I asked for a trim and my hair was so butchered and in even by about 2inches when she got done I also asked for my eye brows and lip waxed and could see no different I had to leave straight from there and go around the corner to pay somebody else to fix my hair and redo my eyebrows and my lip it was so awful I am down here from Houston working and did not know where to go look this place up on the internet but please beware now my hair is about 4 in shorter than what it was when I went in there she could about2-3 inches off and it was all uneven and the person that fix it had to go up about another inch to fix it and I still have spots that are not all the way fixed because I would have even had to go shorter

My hair was butchered. I've seen fallow, whitetail and bovine cleaned more professionally that this salon. I am incredibly disappointed and sad to hear similar stories from residents in Pearsall, TX.
