Kory, at the Pearland location on Reid Rd. provided the worst customer care today. He was unhelpful when we came in with a warranty battery replacement that he decided to charge us double for (this is a battery that still had it’s warranty). We’ve made many purchases here and where never treated as badly as we where today. Save your money, take your business elsewhere. Lost our service and trust. Will not be coming back nor will we ever recommend this place to anyone.

Replaced my radiator this morning.Didn't know about this new location but glad it's not too far from the old one. Thanks for always having what I need. Got many miles out of the old one (20 years old, original radiator) and I hope to get just as many out of the new one I purchased from XL.See ya soon!

The worse customer service I have experienced. They expect mechanic shops and collision centers to do business with them yet they are highly rude over the phone.

*this is for the west road store location* I purchased an alignment tool from the Hempstead store, the gentlemen there told me if the tool didn't fit my clutch, feel free to stop by and return it. Well, after a couple attempts with the tool, it didn't fit my clutch and wasn't not able to align my pressure plate. Tried to return it to the West Road location and was immediately turned down because it "looked dirty". Well ofcourse it is, it's the basic environment of a shop. I cleaned it up the best I can. In all honesty, I would've walked out the door and ate my loss if I received good customer service at the very least. I'm a reasonable guy, but the service I received from the front lady who turns out to be the manager, I walked out unsatisfied and won't be coming back. She was rude, didn't make an attempt to hear a reasoning or story, and overall was just lazy. Talked to Doc over the phone, he's is customer call center guy who helped me out. He talked to Kenny, another associate at the store on west road. I walked back in to see if I can reason with him and try again, and he's straight up told me "I don't know what's going on, I told the guy (Doc) dont put this on me, don't put my name out there" Are you serious? Do your job that your paid for to work with your customers. What a terrible place. Lazy manager and even lazier staff.
