Kyrell and the manager Nathan were so amazing. Legit the best xfinity store I've been to period. My father and I had to get my deceased stepmom off of the account and they handled us with such care making sure my dad got the best deal.

GeeGee said that older people have difficulty understanding issues dealing with xfinity apps while looking at her watch and sneering. Her manager was near and said nothing. We also looked for an ipad and keyboard; an employee said you can get it cheaper at Walmart. What is wrong with these people?

Great in-person service for transferring an account and changing internet plan. The manager, Kyrell, personally assisted me as soon as I arrived and was able to show the ropes to the other employees at the same time. Naturally the agents suggested a plan with speeds I'll probably never need, but were agreeable when I took a lesser plan. My experience with their website was slow but in-person went well.

Great: in and out. Could have had a better packaging display, just a shrink wrapped modem and a cables in a bag. I guess can’t ask for anything more than that? Not the stores fault, maybe cost savings by Xfinity,

My first time coming thru, we were greeted by a professional in-store employee,Lisa. The inside is very clean and includes a very comfortable ambiance.It is quite busy for a Friday, but it's understandable since it's quite popular.06/30/23 3:00PM. It is a 15-30 min wait depending on the line of customers.

Mariah Aguilar, Comcast Retail Sales Professional, in Pearland, Texas is an exceptional, amazing, computer-whiz, intelligent woman. I returned to this Comcast store today after having my mobile phone transferred from my 50 years with AT&T yesterday because none of my cell phone contents came or Apps transferred yesterday!! Within 35 minutes, she transferred everything from my former cell phone to my new Xfinity Pixel 6a!!!!There cannot be a better, more capable, experienced Comcast Xfinity employee in the entire state of Texas!!!Sincerely, Charlotte Forney

Really great experiences each time! I've visited 4 times for equipment pick up/ drop offs. Customer service has been great, the lines get long on Friday night & Sundays so I usually come during the week.

Recently went to the xfinity store (on business center drive near HEB in Pearland) after seeing the promo for adding mobile lines alongside the home internet and had the worst experience. After 2 weeks, 5-6 service reps and atleast 4-5 trips to the store in the given time, the issue still remains unresolved. The first rep who did our mobile connection initiation was busy planning his vacation while helping us out and didn’t even bother explaining the plan he signed us up for. As we came home and realized that’s not the plan we had asked for, we went back to the store and since then and now we’re still nowhere near a solution. The assistant store manager gave us her store number to reach out via msg to keep us updated on the process but so far no response from her either. Our options are to either pay $20 extra for the ineffectiveness and carelessness of the rep; loose the number I’ve had for more than 10yrs or totally switch to another provider. Employees reflect the motto and value of the company and this experience has taught me a lot about xfinity standards. I would never recommend xfinity to anyone I know, it’s not worth the stress and trouble.

Worst experience ever. The staff was disengaged and slow. The manager was useless and didn't try to help the customers or even make them feel welcomed. I spent two hours and over 2000 and didn't even leave with a working phone. When I expressed concern about the phone I bought not having enough memory the "sales person" just told me I could use the cloud but I didn't even have enough memory to set the phone up and he couldn't exchange it until "the order resolved itself" so I had to leave and return another day.

I wouldn’t recommend xfinity to a sewage system. Very difficult to get a live agent on the phone even after calling twice and waiting approximately 1hr and 5mins to be met with rudeness and arrogance, from Victor. My internet that I have never missed a payment on was disconnected without my permission due to an arrangement made with my apartment complex. Instead of explaining this, I was told xfinity does not have any obligation to at least notify me in advance. The customer service attitude was so distasteful and unwarranted. Hopefully, soon we will not have to give an underserving star for lousy & unprofessional service.

We had such a wonderful experience today with Venetia! We went in to get mobile service for my wife's Apple watch and she was so accommodating. She even showed us the new Apple phones and my wife also upgraded to the 14 Pro. Venetia synced the new phone with the old one and had everything done so quickly.Highly recommend this store and Venetia!

We were asking the salesman questions about a phone we were thinking about buying, it took over 20 minutes and me blowing my top for him to admit he knew nothing about the phone and he wasn't pleasant about it, only thing helpful he said was that we had 14 days to return it if we didn't like it...But we are sticking with Xfinity because both their home and mobile services are so wonderful, so two stars instead of one...

Worst customer service we went in about 20 mins from closing and when we told the associate we wanted a new phone she flat out said that new activation system was down then when we told her we already had an account she said it was the same thing! She referred us to the Samsung store we bought the phone we wanted and guess what all my husband had to do was switch the Sim card and boom he had his service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
