I understand rules but when a wife of a vet that has difficulty walking comes in to return a cable box that is not needed to get the rent removed from their bill but can’t is a joke then be told she needs a legal note from a lawyer that gives her power of attorney to return the box. What happens when both are too old and are not mobile and can’t afford an attorney? Xfinity will just collect the rent on the equipment! Let’s get some common sense people.

Ashlin is amazing. Went to the 288 store first. Don’t waste the trip. Ashlin, the whole team and management put up with me for 4 days. So don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I had a great experience at this store. Jordan was very helpful and when she needed assistance with my issue, she quickly got the store manager to come and help as well. They swiftly solved my issue and lowered my bill. Great staff!

Attentive and caring staff. I was told this was a new location and I was hesitant because I thought the staff would be untrained, but they were very professional and courteous to me! I was at the other Pearland location by 288 and it wasn’t nearly as friendly and welcoming as these guys. Please take your time to come to this store if you live in this area versus calling over the phone, these guys will take their time to take care of you to the best of their abilities!

This was the best customer service experience I've ever had.Came by earlier today because I had trouble getting services started at my place. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately with warm smiles from all the staff members. I got my issue resolved in 10 minutes and also saved money by switching my cell phone service.Everyone was kind but special shout out to Franco (the manager) who is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and current promotions.

09/01/23 7:45pm Excellent service beyond requirement! Both staff were very helpful in resolving an issue. It was closing time on Friday night and I'm sure they were anxious to go but they did not rush and stayed past closing to help me get needed service for my 90yr old dad. They were friendly, kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable of the companies products and good problem solvers. If I need help from Xfinity store again I will drive 19 miles to this location to be served by pros.

I was nervous about going to this store since it said “Branded Partner”. Oh boy was I wrong their service was amazing super friendly & knowledgeable staff! I will never go back to the store by 288 again!

I worked with a guy named Jem he got me a great deal on my cell phone service I was paying over $250 for my AT&T bill he got it down to $120!
