I have been banking with this bank for over 3 years and out of ALL those years I felt the customer sevice and banking services was poor ,but I am only giving it 5 stars because of the SUPERIOR service from YOSELIN! She handled 4 different banking needs for me in one visit and was very pleasant her customer service is TOP TIER! Kudos to her for changing my mind about closing my acct here.

I consistently have an great experience at this branch. Mrs. Aracely, the branch manager, goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met, and the entire staff is both friendly and supportive. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.

I have been very fortunate to do business with Mr. Arturo Santiago, each time I had to come into the bank. He is so professional. His customer service skills is superb and he takes his time he makes you understand everything that you need to know and I couldn’t ask for a better person to do banking with and that’s why I’m glad I’m with Woodforest Bank. and I promise to tell everyone that’s where they need to do their banking.

Woodforest National Bank, should be a training facility for all new Managers and employees. It always exemplifies what customer service should be consistently daily. Every time I come to this location, I am welcome with a smile and warmth of love, appreciation and caring about my needs. The employees are very patient, answer questions thoroughly and repeats to ensure you have a full knowledgeable experience. Thank you so much for making me feel like, I have won the lottery. Every Manager and employee deserves a merit raise.

The best customer service. Yoselin, Aracely are the best tellers that you could ask for. 10/10 definitely would recommend to open an account immediately. Paid a day early is nice.

This bank branch has lost its touch over the past years it used to be so productive and now the service is extra slow, they have at least 3 people working and only 1 customer gets served at a time! This location can do a lot better!

My experience at Woodforest bank was nothing less than superior. I felt as though I was of the upper echelon of customers the way I was being serviced for a common bank account. Sydnie Cole and Aracely Escobar need to be paid double just for their customer service skills. I was utterly amazed at how those two women made me feel like as if I’ve been a customer for a while. I will definitely be going there every week to make a deposit and to see them. Going to the bank never felt so good knowing that your business will be handled professionally in a professional manner. I strongly recommend anyone to do business at this bank.

Stars to this amazing Woodforest branch located in Pearlandin the Kroger store , Aracely, Escobar, and her team Marilyn Salcedo, and everyone here has done an amazing job since I moved to the area they are truly very professional, incredibly smart, and our customer driven.
