Last minute, I was scrambling to find items for my Cabo trip and made it to the store right before closing. Shontae and Jasmin went above and beyond to help me they were incredibly kind and helpful! Shontae, in particular, was so sweet and professional. I rarely leave reviews for retail stores, but their exceptional service truly stood out.

Disappointed in the store, I have been shopping here for years. But yesterday I spent buying a dress and today I came to return the purchase. I'm actually disappointed because the person was very rude. Not even because I told him that the purchase receipt said 30 days to return. I never used it, I just found another option. bad experience and very bad attitude of the staff

I was just here on Saturday, and unfortunately, I could not find anything that I liked 😔. The store is a bit small, but very clean and neat. I just wish I could find an outfit with shoes. I do love the shopping experience here, with all the other stores, and the vibe is always great. However, I prefer the Windsor in Baybrook Mall.

At pearland town-center I found the perfect dress for prom with the help of the manager Ashley. Once I came in she helped me with finding my dress. Her vibe, personality, and kindness was AMAZING.

The Windsor Pearland Town Center is beyond AWESOME!! Ashley is a Top Tier EVERYTHING in this store!! I used to love this place to run in and get a quick outfit. I went in today and found a cute one piece outfit. When I went to pay for it, they insisted on my email. When I would not provide it I was told that I had to use my email for any returns. I don’t understand why if I have a receipt. The whole vibe in there was weird and the selection is not as good as it used to be. I decided to leave the outfit and walked away. I can get everything Windsor carries on SHEIN for less money.

Great finds. Friendly staff. Women saw me kinda lost and quickly came to help me with a fitting room. 2nd lady came and asked if i was good and to ask for help if i needed it. 3rd lady checked me out and had good vibes. Overall i would say this place feels like a boutique and i loved the service.

I love going here for dresses and they always have the best customer service. Nikkita and Elizabeth were amazing help and gave the best assistance on helping me find a dress.

I love Windsor and their variety of dresses and this store has a lot compared to other Windsors here. It's also a very clean place and the dressing rooms are great! However, some of the workers here are not so nice. The cashier the day I went had a lot of attitude checking me out - rolling her eyes, rude and impatient tone, etc.

I was walking the Pearland Town Center and found the store Windsor I only stopped because my favorite color is Purple. As I opened the store I was warmly greeted by the staff. But I did most of my interaction with a delightful young lady named Ashley, she was very funny and very personable. I didn't buy anything this time but I will DEFINITELY return.

Let me tell y'all why stores are losing their brick and mortars. I go here for a dress I'm interested in online and this store has one in stock. I go to try the dress on and clearly it's been worn and returned, there are snags in the fabric front and back and a string hanging out where the zipper is. After trying the dress on I ask the price and point out the snags. One of the employees says: "if there are snags in the fabric it's because it was next to something with sequins". Complete and total bull. But if that is truly and honestly the case, mark it down because it's not SUPPOSED to have snags... The other employee offered 10% off. Said if there is no damage to the dress they can't mark it down. And it was non returnable, BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN RETURNED ONCE ALREADY. When you order online and receive something with an issue, if it's in stock, the replacement will get to you before you can ship the other one back. First time trying to shop with this company. I took my money and went to Amazon, will receive a dress in two days and IF there is an issue, I know it won't be a problem to send it back.

The service was remarkable. Went here because my cousin wanted a homecoming dress and forever 21 didn’t have much of a selection. The dresses were pretty and the prices were reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.
