Don't do it! Most rude disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in my life.Refused to give me what I had purchased and my receit and then tried to fight me after I exchanged my own stuff like nope dnt play with me. Refused to give me a refund its not worth it just drive a few minutes over there is a hair store by MOD Pizza!

It’s a no for me. I got there at 5:30 and was told that I could not purchase a wig that I wanted. The website states that they do not close until 6 PM. The associate told me that she could not leave the front. Why are you open if you cannot sell merchandise?

Bought two liquid items. One being hair dye and the other liquid castor hair gel for wigs. I do not wear wigs and once out of the store for 2 minutes went back in to exchange for regular Castor oil. The workerbe would not allow for an exchange. I literally went to my car and came back. I could see if it was the next day or even 30 minutes later. Will never patronize this business.

I came in to buy extensions for the first time the owner and the lady that helped me wassss sooooo sweet and helpful I came back after they both suggested I change my hair color to what I want it to be and I came back later that day they color matched me and showed me how to put extensions in and honestly I received the best customer service! I love the extensions and I felt I was properly educated they even gave me some free hair oil and told me I could come back if I need a refresher on how to put them in!

ZERO STARS! Despite the higher than average prices, I have been a customer of white fox for years. But never have I ever been so humiliated as the last time I went there. As I walked in, I overheard an employee tell the cashier to watch me and my six year old daughter. I guess they don't value loyal customers.

I bought hair From this place went next-door to the beauty school to get my hair done they were not able to get me in since they were not able to get me in I tried to take the hair back they would not return my money said it was your store policy lady is rude and does not even offer to resolve the issue how can you not give somebody their money back and they just made a purchase 10 minutes ago

The owner is one of the rudest and unethical people I’ve ever met. After being a loyal customer for years, she attempted to charge me four additional for a product because she thought I was distracted . When I asked her why she did that, she told me she needed to make money. I reported her to the BBB and will give her negative reviews every way I can, everywhere I can. There are many other options in Pearland; chose another option.

Owner is rude and unethical. Tried to charge me four additional dollars for an item that had a price that scanned 5.99 and was displayed for that price on the shelf. She thought I was distracted and wouldn’t notice. When I asked her why she up charged me, she said she needed to make money. After being a loyal customer for years, I filed with the BBB concerning what she did. I did not purchase the items that day and will never go to her store again. There are many other options in Pearland; go to one of them. Avoid this place like the plague.

Plenty of inventory...a bit pricey for some of the products. The Asian lady however needs to focus on professionalism. If a customer decides to put back an item for whatever reason, you don't have to like it but as a business owner you must respect it. Displaying negative attitudes is unnecessary and unacceptable. It's also the fastest way for another business to gain a new customer.
