Wells Fargo is the absolute worst. I cannot fathom why people continue to do business with them. You get a business check from someone who has an account; they charge you to cash it if you don’t have an account. How absolutely absurd. From creating fake accounts to the nickel and diming people on everything.

I was at this bank on 12/28. I signed up using QR and was first in line. The banker came but attended someone else first sitting in lobby. Then again , I asked a simple question on how much time will it take for funds, deposited via Cheque to be cleares and he said TELLER will notify. I insisted it’s not a normal deposit amount yet he kept repeating “ stand in line for teller” .. why do you have the QR sign-up option ??? I had 2 cheques issued by another each 50,000 USD and hence wanted info directly from banker as I wanted to deposit them in my business account. ZERO CUSTOMER SENSE & PRIORITY. I could see lack of interest from the manager who attended . I had no option but to take by cheques/business transaction to a different bank who personally attended, explained Cheque clearance process and deposited my cheques.

I don't speak English and I thought it would be difficult for me but the staff was very good and helped, good service.

Slowest branch. Do not go inside unless you have an hour + to spare. They refuse to hire additional help in order to help wait times. Customer service is not priority.

Worst location of you can and have the time please go to another no tellers inside long lines to see a teller and they just let people come in and skip the line as if they are more important I will be reporting this to the corporate office as well

I've had several issues with checks made out to my businesses as well as cashier's check woes. Doris, the Service Manager, has always jumped right on it for me and made sure we got the issues corrected. She's even offered to do backend office work with Wells Fargo to ensure large checks don't have long holds. No one else has ever offered to help like that. I'm grateful that when I'm in town, I have a local banker who I know will take care of my business and personal accounts quickly! Thank you, Doris.

Horrible service. Won't give temporary cards. I was told over the phone by a representative to call a branch and set up an appointment.

Absolutely no customer service at this location. Finally reached the breaking point with Wells Fargo today, so we will be finding a new banking institution. Such a waste even making a banking appointment. We have 6 accounts and no loans. There was no reason to treat me as if I was trying to scam them. I was just trying to follow federal guidelines for replacing damaged cash that does not meet the "mutilation" guidelines. Told me to SEND it to the Federal Department of Treasury, which by the way is closed indefinitely due to Covid. Don't expect any assistance if you banking here.
