A rubbish quote for what???? They didn't even treat me unprofessionally, they just wanted to get rid of me hahaha, unprofessional, they should have staff willing to work, I won't return to this place, total waste of time.

4:20 on a Thursday around the holidays, you have a every chair full in the lobby area. No one has come to say Hello or acknowledge that we will be right with you. I’ve been waiting for 20 mins already assuming everyone comes in right before you close and after they get off work. I would suggest you have more than just 2 people in cubicles to assist the lobby area.

I was in the drive thru for over 25 mins just to withdraw some cash! No greetings , no one mentioned me by name or asked how I wanted my cash back .

Worst customer service ever! Not to mention the "Banker" is always booked (as he's roaming around the bank with no customers in it)

I waited in the lobby there for 30 minutes to get some assistance from the banker! He helped a few people then went back with the tellers and didn’t come back out. The wait time is horrible at this wells Fargo.
