Actually, asked a worker for help and she was very polite and helped me to find that my product was only available online.
Recently visited the same location and they have done a face lift. What used to look like a very depressing store, now is very nice.

Auto service here is not complete. The actual car service list is very different from what they offer on the app. The staff is not that accomodating at all.

Scotty is always helpful when going to this location. I believe he is a manager but always goes above and beyond and customer service by him and today also Kaevion (spelling?) was awesome today. When you have good customer service that means alot nowadays and makes you want to return!

Never had a bad experience here. Friendly, useful staff. I recently had an expensive product turn out bad, I brought my grievance and receipt to customer service, and they got me a replacement. Can't guarantee they'll do that for everyone, but they'll do all they can for their customers, or their name ain't Walmart!

My only real critique here is that the employees have got to become more engaged with their role and learn the store better. Every time I ask someone wear something else they don't know and they don't speak English. Last visit my cashier didn't speak at all. Not a single word. No exaggeration. Perhaps the most annoying role that the employees serve is checking receipts at the door. That right there irks me to the core. People have robbed Walmart and been allowed to run away. Security doesn't chase them down tackle them retrieve the inventory or anything like that. So what difference does it make what's on my receipt or not, not saying I ever would but if I did steal something no one would do anything about it anyway. I feel like security needs to beef up in laws need to be amended to enable them to take certain subdue a robber and insure our safety and shopping experience. That's all.

We had a great shopping experience and the cashier was very helpful but when we checked out there were many items in the kids department that were not marked with a price and we searched the price online. When we went to check out the price at the checkout was 20 to 30% more than what it was posted online. Be extra careful at the store as they increase the prices in store. Luckily they did honor the online prices which were the only ones posted anywhere.

I went to purchase a few items . In the self checkout isle.
I was approached by an employee , and informed in the future I need to bag 6 items per bag .
Which I felt was extremely rude, being that I’m bagging my own items . Which I always do .
The items I purchased were a big box of glade garbage bags, a family sized bag of cheese puffs , fabulous , big bag of chocolates , a coke . I did contact HR on more than one occasion ,to simply share my experience. However , there was no answer .
In the future please politely ask your employees to focus on their primarily role . Instead of monitoring customers on how they bag their items !
