I’ve been going to this same Walgreens for 3 years, same script every month.
Every time I refill online, there’s an issue - sometimes the auto refill picked the wrong script date, or maybe out of stock.
Whenever there’s a problem, I get no email, no text, no phone call. I have to call, go thru Walgreens “are you sure you need a pharmacist?” AI, to answer a simple question. Then I get to wait another 4 hours for my script to be ready. Or 5 hrs. Sometimes 24hrs.

I buy items that say spend $35 get $10 coupon. So I spend money. Then I go to use the $10 coupon and they won’t accept it. Hellllo your sign & ad say I get $10. Why won’t you allow me to use what the ad shows?? Bad service especially the manager Basel who was no help at all . False advertisement

There is something a little inane in Walgreens carding policy. I am 88 years old and still must be checked for purchasing tobacco . There is a fine line that divides vigilance from ignorance. Since I am hassled for tobacco I also have moved my prescriptions.

Great pharmacy and staff! Everyone was very kind and helpful! My favorite store to stop by, Plus, there are always sales!!. I always leave buying some BOGO. My favorite place to buy makeup!

Make sure you check to see if you are charged correctly before you leave. I bought 4 candies that were 4 for $4 and they ended up charging 1.99 each. They said I had to buy all the same candies for it to be valid but when I checked online I could choose any candy as long as I bought 4 that had the 4/$4 sticker. They didn't want to change the amount and said they couldn't do anything other than return the items.

Worst pharmacy! Only came here because CVS didn’t have the prescription I needed right away for my kids. They take FOREVER getting your prescriptions! I called ahead & was told they had the prescription in stock. I get there & am told it would just be a 10 minute wait yet I waited for an entire hour! & I had a 1 year old & 5 year old (who is autistic) with me who were getting so unbelievably agitated & screaming. They finally said they were having trouble getting my insurance to cover it. If you’re having an issue with insurance, COMMUNICATE THIS ASAP to give the customer an option of cash pay. It was a little $24 prescription, I would have paid this right away instead of the pharmacy waiting a whole hour to let me know!

This place offers 0 customer service, had to wait on the cashier to get to the register after she finished her conversation with her coworker, she didn't apologize or even acknowledge me. For reference this was in the 8pm o'clock hour today

I left my wallet on the countertop after checking out and realized I left it several hours later. I came back to the store and they held it in the safe for me and nothing was missing.

This pharmacy should be closed down. I called needing my medication a life or death medication and they always give u a run around lying saying they don’t have the medication. I’ve even contacted walgreens corporate I literally can’t believe these miserable women have jobs. They need to be fired and working at a fast food restaurant simple as that! Where they can find what is needed.

Closing manager Isabella On Wednesday December 8th was very rude. She was on the phone running her mouth on the phone in Spanish with the district manager assuming I couldn't speak Spanish threatening us with their employee Carlos to have him put his hands on me and my colleagues. I will be calling corporate about these threats made by Isabella and the district manager. Completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and completely belligerent. I expect something to be done by cooperate. That woman can't be in charge while threatening physical harm.

I wish that I could leave less than 1 star!!! Called the pharmacy starting at 8:30pm- 1st- stayed in hold for 30 mn- then someone picked up the phone and hung up! Called 2 more times- no one picked up. Someone finally picked up at 10:35pm- put me on hold again, stated she was the only worker- and it's better if I came in! I explained, why would I come in if this answer could be answered over the phone- she stated, because she was the only worker- and she had to manage drive through- she couldn't!! Very RUDE! I asked to speak to the store manager- she said "hold on" then the phone went dead! She hung up on me... so rude, unprofessional, not helpful, staff constantly complaining-----Walgreens- your brand has gone done!! Not sure if you've gotten new owners or NEED new owners. Someone left a similar review 1 year ago- looks like you have not corrected the issue. This means that management doesn't give a damn!!! Your workers attitudes and behaviors reflect you - management!!!! And it's not looking good!
