Someone needs to notify the male late night pharmacist that it costs absolutely nothing to not be a complete prick. Called to ask if I could mix 2 of my medications after the hospital nurse transferred me to them and was greeted with a piss poor “how dare you call me” attitude. I understand being tired and stressed, I do not understand taking it out on people who have done absolutely nothing wrong.

Visited this pharmacy for my prescription from a late trip to the hospital for an infection and pain. The pharmacist was kind, professional and moved very quick to get me my medications. I was done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Mr pharmacist,

The recent reviews are all correct. This pharmacy is horrendous. Customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking. As a customer of over 20 years, I will never use this pharmacy again. Here are my most recent experiences… There are certain medications that require consultation with the pharmacist. This entails the pharmacist, asking the customer if they have any questions. There is zero information given regardless of the medication which is professional negligence. I watched an elderly person attempt to ask questions about their medication and they were completely blown off by the pharmacist. I’ve seen a first responder asking about a prescription that was not filled for three weeks, met with “ we are out of stock, we don’t know when we’re gonna get it” no empathy or options/advice. There are consistently long lines in the drive-through or in the store. When you walk up to the counter no one acknowledges you, you are expected to wait upwards of 12 minutes. Call wait times are over 15 minutes. Why would one call? To give updated insurance information but when you come to pick up the prescription, none of that information has been entered. Today I had attempted to fill our final prescription that is at this pharmacy and once again had a terrible experience. The way that they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable.There is a far better pharmacy located at the grocery store at 518 and Pearland Parkway.

Do not use this pharmacy! You will wait for 45 minutes at least for a very basic prescription or Needles. They are always out of needles for my TRT. I’ve never not waited more than 45 minutes! They are so incompetent and scattered.

Stopped and received excellent customer service at this location.Only because a young gentleman named Devonte was very helpful and respectful.I can't speak on any other locations ?% recommend shopping here.

I grew up here in the 70s and 80s and raised my kids here, I'm 59 yrs old now and I'm treated like a criminal, when I walk into this store, I'm a brown skin elderly Hispanic mixed race woman, and the environment has changed, I can't shop like a normal white skin person and be comfortable, I watched on every move I make , I'm profiled because of how I look as a brown skin woman

WORST pharmacy ever and the pharmacy staff is rude. I fail to understand how so many complaints can come from one location and nothing be done to rectify the issues with this location. Staff are so incredibly rude and simply just don't care, customer service skills are non existent and wait times are beyond ridiculous. My Dr phoned in an RX and when I called to see if it was ready I was told it will be ready tomorrow... 4 days in a row. Pharmacist told me they don't keep "most" medicines in house and they have to come from a centralized location now, or "I can call around and see if other locations have it and go get it myself". These days competition is fierce so I'll bring my loyalty to a company who cares... HEB has been amazing, they may not be 24 hrs but I wish I had switched to them years ago !!

As a doctor's office we do not recommend this pharmacy location. We have had patients experience poor customer.service, be advised that medications were ready when they were not, and staff are not helpful in assisting patients in locating their prescription at other locations.

Not sure what the struggle is, but there is always a wait in the pharmacy drive-thru. Hire some people who know what they're doing because this is ridiculous.

Well stocked and clean aisles. The pharmacy team is very knowledgeable and helpful.Plenty of parking. Drive thru pharmacy. This location as yet remains open 24hrs.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Go to another pharmacy or at least another Walgreens. Horrible customer service. You would expect a place that handles important matters like prescription medications would have better service. I went to this pharmacy to pick up new prescriptions. I had questions about my insurance Nicole was bothered by my question and walked off left the window while I was telling her could she check my insurance. She motioned to an incoming tech to talk to me. When I asked for the number to corporate she came back stood in the window as to intimate me. I told her I no longer wanted to deal with her. The other tech was helping. She stood there looking at me. Walgreens, if you read this look at your cameras. It's all on film. You are a service industry. There should never be a time a patient should feel uncomfortable asking questions about things as important as medications.

Zero starts, they have this girl that works there, she’s African American. I didn’t they get name, but Jesus does she have the worse attitude. She needs to be let go!!!!!! Horrible

How can I be the only person in line at 7 AM and wait 20 minutes. I am not sure what is taking so long because the lady at the window just left out of site with no communication of what is taking so long.
