I called before picking up my prescription and told them I had a Goodrx which will bring the price to $34 dollars from $75 dollars they absolutely ignore the Goodrx information and charge the insurance and the higher price I went back to have the Goodrx honor and they refused. The so-called manager had a thug like attitude acted like if it was an inconvenience when they made the mistake. Or is it just how they do business? I don't understand why they have to act like a bunch of criminals. I will report them with Goodrx and the BBB

Rude staff , I didn’t get the ladies name because she hang out to me , but she was not able to help me with a prescription that I need it ASAP , I understand when they don’t have it on stock but at least help you with the transfer process .

Arrived to pick up 1 medication right at 1:30pm, and they decided to go on lunch break and close it down and told me to come back at 2:00pm. After driving all this distance... This is ridiculous

Their app and this location have been so problematic that every month I can expect to have to call them several times for most prescriptions before they can sort it out. I'm currently on day 17 for one particular prescription and they don't know what to do about it.I wish my insurance would offer an alternative.

The absolute worst Walgreens, avoid this place like the plague. Nearly every time a prescription is called into the pharmacy at this location there's an issue. If you call the store to inquire whether your prescription is available they'll put you on hold, answer the phone and place you hold again, until they eventually hang up on you. This location is absolute trash and it's truly astonishing that having such a dismal reputation for their inept ability to be efficient and fulfill their job duties that this place is still in business.

Worse Walgreens ever! Let’s start by saying my daughters dr sends her prescriptions over a few days before I would even go to the store. It never fails I get there and they say “no one pulled it yet” after that they either don’t have the medicine or ask you to come back days later while they fill the script! I have never had an experience like this and people need their medicine. I just feel they should not have people working for such a big company who are negligent! This Walgreens is going to have a lawsuit on there hands soon! Mark my words,if they don’t make some big changes.Oh I almost forgot how about I have been on hold over 15 minutes with the phone just ringing. Trying to ask them to will the meds be ready tomorrow.

This Walgreens pharmacy was horrible. They texted saying our prescription was ready when it wasn't. We went up there two different times for them to say the prescription wasn't even at the store. Sandy was also not helpful at all and very rude. Avoid this location at all cost.

Pharmacists Juanita and Borin were so generous with their time, hunting down my medications and explaining what had happened with a closed prescription, reopened it and preauthorized it. Its because I was also gentle and patient with them. Maribel was also wonderful at the window, helping me bring a $500 item down to $33 with my insurance. They are doing good work, and not just with me, but all the people in line beside me.

04/07/2023 I've never had a bad experience here. I would say, I feel some customers are questionable characters after dark but I don't want to decrease the stores reading for it. This farmacy carries the product selection that one expects from this type of retailer.

Horrible !!!!!!!!! I was in line and they closed the blind !! While telling me at 9:59 their register was already closed! Lies !!!! I saw the manager come and close them while the young spent five minutes telling me no !! Oh, and did I mention, I came earlier and my prescription was NOT ready !!!! Horrible !!

I wish I could leave 0 stars because the drive-through employees are so rude everytime I visit. The wait times seem to have gotten better but not the service. Tonight they threw my prescription and card in the drawer, pushed it out and walked off. I counted everything to make sure I was done and left. I dread picking up from this location.
