This by far has the worst customer service from any pharmacy I’ve had to deal with.Idk if it’sa new staff with little experience but I talked to 4 different people and none of them knew what they were doing to get a prescription transferred

I miss Michelle, I hope she comes back soon. She went above and beyond to make us feel like we were anything other than just a number. We have been going to this location for over 30 years and she was the best by far.

Stood patiently in line for over 30 minutes. When we finally got to the counter, we were told they did not prepare one of the 3 medications as insurance did not cover it. We had them go ahead and fill it as we really needed it (antibiotics). We were told to take a seat. As we were waiting, the line was getting longer and longer. After around 5 minutes, the lady called our name while holding up our medications. We stood up and she unbelievably told us to get back in line! Talked to someone else and we were told that they do that so other customers won't be upset. Are you kidding? Read your reviews, Walgreens!!! The lady's name was Elizabeth. Wearing gray scrubs has long hair dyed red and was working Friday October 21 around 9pm.

I have been waiting for literally months for my prescription to be filled by at LEAST four different walgreens around the houston area, and this pharmacy is the only one to actually seem to listen or care that I have been without meds for so long. THANK YOU!!!

I waited over an hour to pick up my prescription that was ready.... Extremely slow serving there customers. Need more pharmacy personnel. It's ridiculous.

Rude Associate -Named Gloria I came in today to buy a covid test just in case I ever need one and when I got out to my car I was looking things over and thought I don't really need it. I go back into the store and my return is declined so the manager comes to look things over and explains to me that there aren't any returns on covid tests. I tried asking why and she started getting short with me, I'm genuinely curious why I couldn't return it after buying it 5 mins ago. Then as I'm trying to explain my point of view and suggest maybe displaying you can't return them because I wouldn't have bought it if I knew I couldn't return it. She begins to talk over me, cut me off in discussion and walk off not even hearing me out. It was a waste of my money and it could've been resolved with better customer service.

I went to this store to get my Covid booster shot and flu vaccine. The pharmacy was very crowded but every customer was greeted and given status checks if they were waiting. I registered to get my vaccines and was processed. The pharmacist who gave me my shots was kind and professional. I really appreciated his expertise in administering my vaccinations. I will recommend this store to others.

Check your meds if you go here. We had a scary case of the wrong medication being fill in a prescription recently. We were lucky the med filled was relatively innocuous, but the prescription we needed the rx for was a major medical condition that the lack of taking the correct medication could have caused major harm. Unfortunately pharmacy didn't think this was as serious as we did. We requested to speak to the pharmacy manager and never received a response. Obviously we won't be using them ever again.

I usually don't write reviews. Last night I had to go to this pharmacy because it was the only one open and I had to get three prescriptions for my husband who had just gone to the emergency room. First of all I had to wait over an hour and there was no other customers. The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional! She yelled at a customer in the drive thru, she never came over when I was asking questions about the medicine. My husband was even given strong pain medicine with no advice. It was a horrible experience!!! Next time I will go to cvs.

They LIE about prescriptions being out of stock if they don’t want to fill them. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I suspected this, and then it was verbally confirmed by a tech. “Yeah I don’t know why they told you that, it was never out of stock.” Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good store, always has items that other may be out of. Not so good pharmacy -- just try to avoid using this one if possible. Slowest location within 5miles. Rarely has been an easy/convenient trip. Don't go here for urgent meds, or when in a time constraint. Simply don't care about a customer's health. Beware to anyone who gets married or has a name change; apparently it's very difficult to comprehend.

Literally the slowest Walgreens drive-thru pharmacy on the planet. The line has a MINIMUM wait of 30 mins & that's if you're lucky. Make sure to have a blanket, popcorn, & a good movie picked out cus you'll be sitting in the line forever.

Saw mostly bad reviews and I just wanted to say that the pharmacy was excellent. A bit of a wait to get some immunizations but overall didn't take long and other guests who came for prescriptions were in and out. Workers were professional and nice.

Their prescriptions are never ready on time even after my multiple calls and reminders, they say they'll contact the Dr for refills and street. The employees are rude and act like it's my fault . I am seriously considering transferring to Kroger across the street.
