First time here. My appointment was for 4:30 with Farrah. 4:55 came around without any update from anyone. I decided to let the front desk know I was leaving. I left work early to make sure I was on time for my appointment. At the very least Farrah can inform the front desk of the delay. I was referred here by 2 family members and I cant speak on the other stylists but Farrah I cant vouch for. This location can have the $5 dollar deposit. For all the other stylists, people who checked in after me was seen within minutes. Shout out to those stylists, yall doing amazing. 2 stars just cause the music & lobby was nice at least.
Stylist: Farrah, and I cant say what they did because I sat in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. Almost an hour really because I was early, but thag doesnt count.

My wife have been searching for years to find a professional stylist to help her escalate her silver transformation and Felicia you by the grace of God nailed it! You don’t know how many stylist that have flat out said they could NOT help her. She even encountered one rude stylist in Pearland that told her she needs to go to Visible Changes….(rude)! But we are thankful that God led us to Virtuous Hair and obviously to you! From the initial consultation, you were super positive and optimistic about my wife’s transformation and look at her now…..?

I’ve been a customer of Virtuous Hair (Farrah) for a few years and she never fails to disappoint. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been. I receive compliments for my hair as well as the color.
Additionally, the staff is warm and friendly which makes the experience excellence!

Came in a month in advance to make an appointment for my daughter. It would be for her prom, a very important occasion for a young girl. I wanted to insure that everything would go smoothly as she would also have a makeup appointment on the day she would need to get to.
I worked everything out with the receptionist, she even had me send her a picture of the style she wanted so she could send it to the stylist. The appointment was set for 12pm.
Day of her appointment arrives. I dropped her off and got a message from my daughter 15min later that they were about to wash her hair. At 2:45 I get a message from my daughter saying that they haven’t started on her hair! She was sitting with wet hair. I called and was told that they were backed up and the only thing they could do was give me a discount.
I went to the salon explained that this was my daughters prom and that’s why I specifically went into make the appointment myself, by this time it’s 3:30 and they were just starting on my daughters hair. She missed her 4pm makeup appointment and the $50 deposit that she had to leave for it. They now couldn’t even do the style she wanted because of time constraints. I had to make them re curl my daughters hair because the curls had already fallen and have them put oil in it because it look dry. My daughter later told me they were taking other clients before her!!! This has been the worst experience!!! They ruined my daughter’s day we didn’t even have time for pictures!
I hope karma comes back on them tenfold

I have been coming to this wonderful place for almost 5 years. Every women in this shop is amazing. From the moment you walk in your experience is nothing short of Great. The customer service makes you feel like your at happy hour with your Best Best girlfriends. And can I tell you I how I’m always extra beautiful when I leave. Along with all the other ladies, kids and even the men that have their self esteem on 1000 for the magic these ladies create. So if you are looking for a place to get beautiful, have enjoyable conversations and be happy when your done Come see my girls…. That are now like family!!!
