I love Verizon! But this place had me burning up inside on how disrespectful they were. Ahead of me was this elderly woman who was concern about some charges,.. the lady who was assisting her was being extremely rude did not even offer her to have a seat while they review her account they just had her standing right by the door!! This lady ended up taking a seat all on her own and calling customer service on her own! Wow this made me boil. That same store associate YOLANDA then-proceeds to ask me if she can help me… I was freaking out again she almost pin me down to the front door she was not courteous or friendly. She did nothing to assisting me in regards to my concerns. She also did not review my account once. She then had someone try to help me but again no help. I actually ended up having to call customer service that went very! Never have I ever have problems with their over the phone customer service, if I must say they are better off helping you. Got my self loyalty discounts and special treatment. Thank you Verizon ❤️

Went to the store and Adrian waited on my friend. My friend shared her concerns. Adrian kept mentioning issues not relevant to the issue. He seem to be fixated on his point. I told him we heard him and why don't we tackle each issue one at a time. Adrian then said calm down, in the same voice I told him "I am calm, and I would record the conversation in case he tries to misrepresent the conversation." Adrian said "I can just have the police officer escort you out!" My response to him was " sir you can do whatever you like." He seemed to calm himself and address my friends issues. I am so annoyed with pathetic individuals weaponizing police! Verizon should address this behavior.

ASK FOR JONATHON! Me and my Son Went in to get a new phone and we got the worker Jonathon he was great answered all of our questions helped us get the best deal and was fantastic customer service even after we left the store after purchasing our new phone we had trouble setting it up and we called into the store and Jonathon gave us his personal phone number to call or text him if we needed any help setting our phone up. He’s amazing!

Do not buy any phone cases from here. Forget the guarantee, and anything they tell you. I got mine there and it started peeling off two months later. The sad part is someone else there was returning their phone case the same day I was there and they tried warning me not to buy the phone case. Now I think I could’ve walked out of there with $40 more in my pocket. Get a case from amazon or something. Phone works fine tho.

Went in for a new iphone for my mom, we wanted to hear all the offers she qualified for, Mr Alan didn't show empathy or seemed interested in helping my mom with her purchase, I was there as my mother's translator, turns out Mr Alan spoke Spanish also, same awkward and very detached interactions in both English and Spanish. He claimed they didn't have phones in store other than iPhones 15, anything under had to be shipped to us, we were ok with that, he took a trip to the back of the store, it turns out they had it, even the color my mom wanted, I can only assume they get a commission based on what they sell. Mr Alan wasn't helpful and did the very minimum to get his job done with his zero communication skills. Had very decent experiences in the past at this location.

Do not send elderly parents or those that struggle with tech here. This place operates like a shady car dealership and you could easily be scammed if you don't know any better (read the other reviews if you need more proof). I went in to purchase phones that were not available at another store. When the taxes weren't adding up with what I was expecting they lied and said taxes are different based on store location... what? It's 8.25 percent in Houston and Pearland. You'd think a store manager of all people would know that. Then the sales guy tried to secretly slip in more expensive phones than the ones I wanted. This happened 3 times. He only fixed it after I pointed out the higher taxes. Be aware that they'll try to upsell you without notifying you saying "the phones aren't sorted correctly in the back"... lol okay... any good salesman would check that he scanned in the right one BEFORE asking the customer to pay but whatever. Thought it was cute that he never "accidentally" scanned in a cheaper phone. Ironically I would've upgraded all of our phones to the more expensive and available models had he not been so shady about it. When I pointed out that the math wasn't adding up, so I was just going to order online I was told the phones wouldn't be available until January or February then. At this point I was too tired to point out that there's stock all over Houston and online. Weird sales tactic...if you're gonna lie, at least make it somewhat believable. Not sure if they treated me this way because I'm a young girl or maybe they just treat everyone like they're dumb. I highly suggest dealing with Verizon over the phone instead. Had my issue sorted out with the customer service team on the phone in 30 minutes the same day.

Quality of service varies GREATLY depending on what associate you get. We were turned away twice by the same disrespectful associate while trying to sort out a porting issue we needed help with. Both times we were given customer support numbers we had already called. Chat and phone support told us to take the issue to a brick and mortar location. It was just a finger pointing game.At one point the associate walked us over to a landline in the store, dialed customer support for us, and walked away to the back of the store to go hide. (Only after asking me to again call customer support on my line that was not working)They’re not interested in helping you unless they can make a sale and get their commission. The manager (Scott) is the where the attitude and mantra stem from. Scott doubled down on the behavior of the younger associate that refused to help us.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Quick easy went in for a 5g internet box sales guy Johnathan was very helpful I was in and out in under 10 mins go see him for your next purchase or account issues very friendly and knowledgeable and very professional thanks man would give more stars if able

Disaster customer service and attitude from Freddy. Was rude and unprofessional. Was trying to forward me hanging on the phone with customer service by his mistake. Even when I called manager and mistake of Freddy was finded out, didn't have any apologies or feel sorry about that and still was showing his bad attitude. Thanks for managers help and attention, otherwise I would spend couple hours hanging on phone with customer service.

Warren and Chris the manager are amazing needed my business account set up fast and in the same day and they worked on it relentlessly until I had my service and the even informed me of every special and discount to get me the most back in my pocket thanks ??????

This location has the worst customer service of any Verizon store I have ever visited. The store manger was very rude and condescending to staff and customers. I recommend other locations verses this one.
