I had a wonderful experience. Irving greeted me at the door and assured he was here to help me. I used to go the store on edge brook and was treated badly there. But here was a complete opposite experience. He even helped me with a screen protector. I'm very grateful and will come here from now on.

C.J was phenomenol in assisting with our phone situation. My daughter phone broke and he was able to uograde her to a new one. They did not have it on hand, but he called another store to make sure we got it. As if that was not enough, it was closing time and we needed the phone by tomorrow. C.J. was kind enough to meet us after hours to deliver the phone personally.
That is outstanding customer service!!!!!!!

My phone wouldn't turn on. I spent a whole day trying to fix it with 0 luck. Irving was able to do a force restart and got it back and running. Didn't try to sell anything just toom care of the problem.
