Chick with the dreads and glasses definitely needs lessons on customer service. Just snatches the items out your hands and is very rude and negative. This location sucks. Shadow Creek location definitely tops this one.

I went to have my will signed and documents that were important and serious. The staff was so disrespectful made jokes and complained for every document they had to sign. Even though they charge 10 dollars per stamp and 1$ per signature. It’s was absolutely disgusting do not come here unless you want to be mocked and made fun of. It brought me to tears while signing my documents
They deserve zero stars.

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION AND EXPECT THEM TO WORK!!
This happened 8/7/25 around 3pm....
When my driver arrived there was a male and a female employee. There was nobody else in the store and when my driver asked for help. They replied with “we will get to that” and didn’t even look his way. When they finally did decide to help him, they spoke down to him and treated him like he was no better than dirt on the ground. My driver was so embarrassed and didn't know what to do. He is an older gentlemen and very nice. My driver has a slight stutter, but when he gets anxious it makes it worse. I guess they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. He had to call me after he finally got out of their and explain what happened because he felt like they would call me and say it was his fault. This driver has worked for me for 10+ year and I have never had this happen to him before.

The employee who helped us was helpful, however upon asking a very simple clarifying question, another employee, possibly a senior, gave us a lot of attitude, loudly announcing that they are not obligated to explain or help. The same information could’ve been conveyed in a more respectful manner. Will not be visiting this location again.

Drop off iphone trade in kit. And apple said the package was empty. Must be someone stoling the packages. Very disappointing.

Daijon has great customer service. I really appreciated his southern hospitality and assistance with my return. Even made a lil joke within our encounter. I’m sure work is fun and interesting with him around. Keep him at the front to interact with customers! 🙂

Very poor customer service. The employees seem unfamiliar with even the most basic aspects of their job — such as how to properly post a postcard — and lack the fundamental knowledge expected in this role. There is also a noticeable attitude problem and it doesn’t feel like customer service is a priority at this location.

I visited the UPS store and Daijon was extremely helpful and gracious. He was an excellent employee and did his work great. A dedicated employee with the most consideration for his customers and their time. The store experience was extremely quick and helpful thanks to Daijon!
