Went into the store to return a package that I needed to print out a label for. The guy that helped me print out another label just a week prior proceeded to tell me I need to get on the computer and log into my account and print out the label. I told him you were the same person that helped me last week and that you gave me the email to send the label to. He said oh I did then gives me the store card to send the label to the email. Another customer comes in while I am sending the label to the store email. He needs to print out a label also a different gentleman tells him no problem he is the email you can send the label to. So what was the difference between me and the other customer to where I was told I needed to get on the computer and log into my account and print out the label and the other customer was simply given the email for him to send to? Not only that the guy that was helping me gets smart with me proceeded to tell me I hope you have a better day. I don’t need to have a better day treat all of your customer equally and this situation could be avoided.

These stores are convenient and easy to process your objectives. I am in and out fast and have no issues with the personnel. They are nice and courteous.

I recently visited my local UPS store to send a document to the IRS, located at 2800 Broadway, Pearland. The staff member, Kayden, was incredibly helpful. He meticulously assisted me in verifying the recipient’s address. The store manager, Mr. Gul Maredia, also offered his assistance and support. I am very pleased with their service.

Normally they have pretty fast service but that doesn’t wipe out the times when they’re supposed to be open but no one shows up for work. People scheduled their day around opening time and are left to stand out in the heat waiting well past the advertised opening time with no one in the store. There are 6 customers still waiting while 4 others have given up and left and it’s more than 20 minutes past opening time.

I took about 8 returns to Amazon and Zach was very helpful. Everything went smoothly. Customer service was the best!!!

Not helpful at all I've never had an issue doing an Amazon return at any other ups store but they refused to help ndo it even though it said no package required???? then I tried to figure it out and tell him I had the actual box it came in and that's why it was broken and he argued me and refused to take it even though my item said no packaging required have ups print your label and good to go

This location normally has good service. However recently the customer service agents are young and provide no customer service. They were trying to charge me over $100 to ship a package that I had a label for. During my time at the store, 2 other customers left because they couldn't be helped.
