this wonderful worker who i believe her name was grace was such a pleasure to deal with i usually have atorocious experiences at usps or fedex and the like but grace was very kind and attentive and was quick with attending to my needs, then swiftly took my package and sent me on my way and told me to have an amazing day ????????

Not sure what the young man Xavier is getting paid, but he needs a raise! It was my first time doing an Amazon return and he made the process smooth and easy. He answered all of my questions with ease regarding my situation. His customer service, attention to detail, and kindness are just a few of the many positive characteristics he displayed in my experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Great location with a great staff. Xavier always helps us out with all of our packages! He’s always kind and personable with customers and makes the trip quick- he even helped out with getting shipping labels from my email and packing the boxes. Great experience.

This is the only UPS store my husband and I will go to. I used to dread making returns or sending packages. The employees at this location are so helpful. Lily has helped us the past few trips and she especially has been so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. So glad not to dread sending packages anymore!!!
