Janiece made sure to give me excellent Customer Service. She went over and above to get me taken care of and make sure that I was good to go. This is one of my favorite locations. I’m so glad that she was the one that took care of me today.

I asked for my birthday present and the cashier looked arrogant in my face and told me that I couldn't take it, I don't know why, but she was super rude and I told her ok, fine, no problem, and she kept talking about me and looking at me with another cashier.

Associates attitudes are never friendly or welcoming. Have only encountered 2 nice workers who were willing to help me. I try to avoid this ulta but it’s the closest one to me unfortunately.

The lady at the register was very cut and dry. For some reason, she judged me, and when I told her what perfume and cologne I had back there, she glanced me up and down. Other ladies around were nice and making conversation with the customers and when I asked about my points she if I can use them ,she had already closed the transaction.

I’ve been to many different places for facials, but I always come back here to see Leila! She’s truly the best. She has such a positive and calming aura to her. I trust what she recommends for me and my face is GLOWING when I leave. Highly recommend Leila if you’re looking for a relaxing facial that’s actually worth it.

If you go here for nothing else… you must go for a facial. You'll be dealing with a Master, medical esthetician who will blow you away. I’ve been going to Ms. Leila since my mom first introduced me to facials in high school of 2014. In 2024, she still looks the same. She takes care of herself so you can trust that she will give you the keys to take care of you. I’m so grateful for my skin transformation because of her advice and wise council. The Madeline Voyager lipstick I purchased online looks like it was opened and lipstick residue was on the white cap and seal, after viewing directly from the Ulta bag. The seal appeared to be puffed up as it was lifted from the original closure from the manufacturer. I purchased this from the Pearland Silverlake Location. I will return it today after leaving the hospital, which is why I ordered online for store pick up.

Had an appointment booked for earring piercing. I even called an hour before my appointment to confirm details, and when I arrived, I was told that the lady that I was booked with; wasn’t trained to do piercings. Horrible customer service as they made me waste my time had me drive there only to tell me they could not render me services. I would have expected them to tell me this when I called to confirm my appointment. So when she asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, I walked away. I will never spend another penny at this place again.

Worst ulta ever. I was trying to find a foundation and looked around for more that 20 minutes and no one bothered to help me. The lady even saw me looking around and did not even bother to approach me to see if I neneedeany help. Until I asked her if she had a specific brand on stock she said no. She said you can order it online. I told her I've been here more than 20 minutes and no one helped me out at all, and that's all you can say. Shes says you want someone to help you, I said no and just left. I walked all over the store and certain employees only helped certain people.
