Cruz N Carz also sent me an inspection report via email with photos and an estimate report. I went in for just an alignment and got a completely free detailed diagnosis of my car. Now I can make informed decisions about how much I want to invest in my car going forward.The staff put a carpet floor protector and a steering wheel cover to keep my car's interior clean during their inspection.The waiting room was nice and had free coffee and Wi-Fi. My only suggestion would be to have a desk in the waiting area to be able to do computer work.”

“This guy is incredible! I went to get a transmission transfer case fixed here after Firestone quoted me over $6,000 to get it replaced. I offered to get the transfer case used so they could put it in, but they said they only buy from dealerships, which is weird that they'd want to put a brand new one in an old 2013 Dodge Durango. This guy just ordered the parts, and put it together himself. He kept me updated every step of the way, which I'm very grateful for as I was on a timeline. I gladly paid a bit over $1400, and as im writing this: I just made it to Indianapolis. When the repair was completed he even brought out the faulty part, and showed me what was making the noise! Obviously he did a great job or I wouldn't have even made it out the city of Houston. It's a shame I won't be back, but hopefully this helps anyone find quality service at better prices than the bigwig anti-consumer corporations.”

“I came to this location around 4pm on a Friday and was one of few cars there, which I love. Everyone was nice and efficient. I was in and out with my oil change and a state inspection under 30 mins. Also, they improved the inside by updating their seating, which is a plus. I would recommend this location if you want a kwik service done.”
