I was at this location this evening in Pearland on Main (highway 35) I walked into the store at 7:55 pm. I was concerned about the closing time, so I looked for operating hours posted outside of the store. I was told by a gentleman (employee) at the checkout who was standing next to the Cashier that they were closing at 8pm. The tone that he used was loud and rude. I told him that the posted hours were 9pm. He said they were wrong. If the hours posted are 9pm they should be open until 9pm. Please post 8pm. The staff needs to be trained to not be rude when customers enter the store. I understand that the store is closing, but the delivery of the message that the store is closing needs to be much better. Been up there twice to refill propane, first time it was cloudy outside and was told they can’t do it In the rain (was not raining). Next time I get told the only person certified was doing paperwork and couldn’t come out to do it. My camper runs off propane and it’s cheaper to refill than exchange but since the lady always has to excuse to not wanna walk 20 steps outside I gotta do exchange.

The staff here are great. Very helpful and polite. I had chicken feed in the back of my car that needed to be returned, and they picked it up for me and replaced it with a new bag.

I went in to purchase a syringe to add wood glue to furniture and two associates named Susie and Rena helped me out. Excellent customer service.Rena answered the phone and rang me up and Susie was back in the dept. Excellent Customer Service from both.

Tractor Supply is a great store. They have a lot of items we need for our house. We'll definitely be shopping here. They have a fair price too.

They are selling live ducklings and live chicks. Got good deals on winter caps and shoes. We got winter caps for 1$ as they are in clearance sale. They are selling live ducklings and live chicks. They are selling animal supplies, toys and foods. There is so much stuff backside of the store. You can go from the back door and get that stuff. The staff is really good. Dog food, cat food and other foods available at good prices. We also bought backyard garden stuff.

After visiting three stores , I came into this jewel. I asked the polite man at the register, if they had the items I need and he pointed me in the correct direction. Clean store, polite employees. ??
