I used to love this total wine but tonight when i tried purchasing they asked my daughter for an id when i told the counter shes my daughter shes a minor and shes not purchasing only i am she proceed to rudely say we both had to be id when you can clearly tell shes a child

I only have one thing to say. AMY, I’m assuming she is a manager is beyond rude. I called at 8:36pm to ask if it was any way to just type my drivers license in since I only had a picture of it. I was just getting off work and it the store would be closing pretty soon. She mentioned that I couldn’t show a picture but a passport was fine. When I arrive she literally typed my passport information in… I already felt bad for arriving at 8:58pm when they’re about to close but I had a pick up order so I planned on being in and out. She was rushing me because my mother in law didn’t make me a pick up person and she was like “well it’s 9:04 we have to close, u can’t wait on you” etc. I’m showing her my mother in laws email, address etc and the same phone number she has on file. Eventually she calls her but she’s doing so with an attitude. Mispronouncing both our names and getting an attitude when I correct her. All I can say is because of AMY I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at total win in Pearland. Horrible experience and even worse customer service.

I think I just got racially profiled lol
I went in with my sister. I didn’t have my ID. Which I acknowledged upon the confrontation, but I wasn’t buying anything. While waiting for my sister, a Mexican and Black man walks up to me asking a ton of questions as if I was there to rob them. Refused my sister’s service cause I didn’t have my id and said they watched us when we entered the building. Never in my life have I experienced that. Specs would NEVER.

Selection is on point. Excellent selection at great prices. Their service at checkout is severely lacking. Cashier was rude on checkout. We stopped specifically for their selection of THC infused drinks. Condescending attitude of the cashier towards my wife at checkout was unacceptable. Very unfortunate this company can't train their staff to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

A very nice store with a huge selection of alcohol brands and styles. I like they give samples to try things that someone might not know if they would like it. Looking foward to going again.

The manager/guy who works behind the customer service des (tall guy with curly hair) is very rude and has the worst customer service. I came in wanting to do an exchange of some liquor and wine for my wedding. Once the manager realized I purchased at a different location he no longer wanted to help me. Every time I tried to speak he cut me off and started talking. He even said he could not do a return from another location because the system isn’t universal and they don’t use the same as others. He suggested I drive an hour away to do the exchange. Every time he spoke it was in a rude tone even though I was never rude to him. I left and called customer service (who actually helped me) and they shared the manager should have helped while I was in the store. Very upset and ridiculous.
