I had a one of a kind Texan’s hoodie from the first season the Texans existed. Very cool and definitely one of a kind. I took it to Tide Cleaners and never got it back. They said it must be lost, I think it’s at someone’s house and not lost. It cannot be replaced and I was offered $50 for my “lost” item. Unreal! I will not be taking another item to Tide Cleaners. I would think twice if you are having something cleaned with them that is one of a kind or not replaceable as you may not ever see that item again. Really bad job of customer services in all respects. Took them about 6 weeks to finally get the check out. They delay and delay until the customer gives up is what it seemed like to me. I would definitely NOT recommend them to clean anything. I am giving one star because it would not let me submit this review with zero stars.

I would give no stars if possible. I dropped off two winter jacket to wear on a trip and was told they would be available the next day by 6 PM. I just left and was told for some unknown reason they are not ready. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow morning at 6 AM to the snow and have no winter jackets. I asked if they could just give them back to me so at least I have a jacket for my trip and they told me they weren’t there. At least someone should have called me and told me before I showed up with the anticipation of picking up my jackets to pack them tonight for my trip tomorrow morning. Instead of going home to pack for my trip, I am now going to rush around the store to try to find a nice winter coat.I will never go there again!

We had to send back for a redo. My Granny only wanted her clothes pressed. The first time they did not meet her standards and came back with spots. The reason I gave them 5 ⭐ is for the impeccable quality received when we returned. These were white suits and they were whiter than before we dropped them off! Great work!

Dry cleaning was good. However, the price is too high and they don't yell you the price until you pick your clothing up. I had three pair pants and one long sleeve top, and my bill was over 40 dollars.
