Chad and the team at Third Coast Bimmers are PASSIONATE, HONEST and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
My neighbor recommended TCB to me when I first moved in town. This is the only place I take my 2015 650i convertible to for service. Chad actually gave me a lot of helpful advice when I was shopping around for a used bimmer, which I was very thankful for.
If you have a European car, I highly recommend you give TCB a visit.

Service was great, staff friendly! BMW mechanics aren't exactly easy to come by, so I was delighted to be referred to these folks! They took my X5 and did a diagnostic. My 2015 X5 squatted in the back, and I was looking for a solution. "Air bags", I was told. So, I gave the OK. It actually turned out to be the compressor AND the air bags. No problem at all!
For an OEM BMW suspension compressor, I was told it would be in excess of $1,500 for the repair, parts and installation. This was more than I was willing to invest, so I refused the work and picked up the car, towing it home behind my 1994 F150.
I'd already invested over $200 in a "diagnostic" fee, and $1,100 to install a good replacement set of air bags, so I had to reel it in!
I called a local parts dealer and found a quality aftermarket part for less than $300 and did it myself. No more squatting!
So, yes, you will get good service, and friendly, knowledgeable staff! I just recommend you take the time to check the prices on the parts.
There's no doubt these folks do quality work, just for me, it didn't make sense.

This place is a hidden gem close to my house I never knew about. They were upfront and honest about all the issues with my Mercedes. Now its driving like a new car! Chad is great at what he does and despite all the issues it was done in a reasonable time frame. Will definitely go again if needed.

I have to take my previous 1 star rating back. Third Coast Bimmers called me about my review. The owner was cordial, cool, calm, and very respectful. He looked up most things that I needed and was trying to work with me on prices. It was a pleasure meeting him, and he seemed genuine. I appreciate the service! It was a pleasure just walking in and feeling like you can trust someone at a foreign auto maintenance and service establishment. It's very up to date and professional in the garage as well. I will be returning.

Chad and the team at Third Coast went beyond to ensure that the 328d wagon stays on the road for another 200k miles. After addressing the issues I was aware of, they were able to find a few other things that needed to be address to make sure it stays driving for years to come. The car had an open recall as well. Once the shop work was done, he took the car to BMW and picked it up when they were done with it and did one last check. I don’t want to even think how much the dealer would have charged for the work that Third Coast Bimmers did for us. Also, if you know that the car might be in the shop for a while, ask about his loaners.
Again a massive thanks to Third Coast.

Third Coast Bimmer went above and beyond in all ways. They worked me into their schedule early because they heard my brakes were squeaking, which made me feel like they truly cared about my safety and continued to be flexible while I worked out my drop off details. Not only was their quote below what I expected, they informed me of some things that I could fix and did not pressure me to fix them. Finally, my car was detailed when I picked it up! Did not expect that and it made my day! Or week! In addition, he told me I had a good little car, which I think I absolutely do. Recommend this place completely. Brakes are great too.

I had my 2013 bmw 320i at midtown BMW. I had a slight knocking when I was driving. Bmw dealership quoted me around $1,400 to replace thrust arm bushings and alignment. Ended up being a small issue that Chad repaired for much less. I had multiple things done and still paid under $1k at third coast, when BMW wanted to charge me $1400 just for the thrust arm bushing and alignment.I was happy with the work and service and even happier I didn’t get ripped off paying for items I didn’t need replaced yet.This was about a year ago, I highly recommend. I remembered to post the review because I need my brakes done and looked them up to give them a call.Services: Wheel alignment

Chad diagnosed the problem with my wife's 2015 428i, then he checked to see if there was a recall or a warranty . Sure enough there was saving us thousands of dollars. That is one honest person!!! It's the only place that Bimmer is going to from now on. Great job Chad! Thank you!!!

The owner, Chad seems very knowledgeable on BMWs. I left mine there to get fixed.... Chad fixed the car. This place is great. Very Very happy. If you are taking your BMW to a dealer, you are waisting money
