Literally the worst location ever! Cashier is texting while checking you out. A random secondary employee is standing refolding shirts that are already folded. Longest time waiting in line! No explanation no apology. Cashier had zero communication with customers. Almost like we were in front of a robot. Staff from top to bottom needs to be removed.

I got here at 8:05pm and it is closed even though store hours state they close at 9pm!!

literally hate it here. nobody greets you when you walk in just stare makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. everything is so chaotic and disorganized an employee past me 3x not once offered to help or check to see if i needed anything. go home if you don’t want to work!

The one and only downside to this shopping complex is that it’s outside, which can be overbearing on hot and humid days in Houston. But, if you can bear the heat, it’s a great place to eat and shop. Macy’s and Dillards are anchors with about 50 other stores and restaurants.

This is a review for cashier errors with 0 help. I made an order online for 4 items and guessed a size for my son. I had the online discount + 25% off for new members. Two of the items were either too big or too snug. I got the correct size and wanted to exchange it. The lady at the cashier made such a big deal about it. I handed her the receipt I was handed literally 10 minutes prior and she said it wasn’t the correct one. It’s the same receipt, she only was looking at half of it that she picked up. On top of that she then proceeds to tell me that she cannot exchange it. It has to be refunded. I told her the discount code was already used and it’s not fair that she’s having technical issues because she’s new. I got zero help from the staff and they all look like they are tired of helping her. You walk in and they look like they are tired of working there and I can imagine it must not be fun if people are improperly trained. You’re going to have upset customers. Now I had to refund it and buy it again. She is charging me $36 doesn’t want to honor the online sale. Funny how I did another order for another children’s place and it was $29 with tax not 36. I paid $21 originally this establishment is horrible if they cannot simply honor their own pricing.

I thought I was the only one. I've been waiting for a response on a mis charge on my credit card for a year and a half. Everytime I call the Manager she says she hasn't heard anything from her regional supervisor. I highly doubt she hasn't had any communication with her regional manager. I stopped shopping there ever since the mis charge I even accrued a late fee because of this whole mess. Please don't waist your time there.

It’s currently 9:15 am and the store states it opens for 9am and it is still closed. I call myself trying to beat the crowd and was here early. Still not one associate on site. Ridiculous!

We go to a monthly car show held in the Town Center, it is a nice area with shops and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained and we have never had any issues with feeling unsafe. It is a great way to spend an afternoon

I just shopped there and had a good experience, the store was very clean the people there seemed to be working hard and they took sanitizing after each customer pretty seriously

It’s the Heart of Pearland and really Beutiful!... Big Big Showrooms housing All International Brands!...that too in a very big Area with really big size Showrooms!... I don’t remember the name but there is a Book shop/ Showroom so large! I have never seen in my life!... Some wonderful Restaurants hustling and bustling with life in the evening time.You get Food from all around the world but Not a Place for Vegetarian people!... And yes one more thing!... in Pearland and this part of US get UBER App Downloaded and synchronised to your account otherwise you might face Conveyance problem and probably have to walk miles to your Hotel.

Highly recommended. Went down for a concert and the hotel met every need. From a very courteous check-in to the maintenance man greetings daily.
