I have been going to Cost Cutters even before it became Cost Cutters. I absolutely love Rosa. She is very good with my short hair cut. She was also the one who shaved my head for me 6 years ago when I was balding from Chemo.
Hair type: I have thick course hair and Rosa is great with it.

Perla is amazing and always listens to what I want done with my hair. She also offers her professional opinion to see if it is something I would like to do! On top of that she is always so sweet and fun to chat with. Highly recommend this location!

I went in for shampoo & haircut and the service is good. However, when I was getting ready to pay, I swiped a gift card and then would finish it off with my card, but their system went down after I swiped my gift card. The initial charge was 32 and I ended up paying 57 because they did not refund my 25 dollars because “the payment didn’t go through” when I have proof that it did. I waited a week to see if the funds would go back, but they did not so I know the payment went to them. The worst part is that none of the workers did anything to compensate me knowing that they would’ve been mad if they didn’t get their money back.
