I have been consistently disappointed with Target's curbside pickup service. Each time I place an order, it takes an unreasonably long time to be ready for pickup, often well beyond the estimated timeframe. Additionally, the service at my local store lacks professionalism and efficiency, which detracts from the overall shopping experience. I hope Pearland/Silverlake Target addresses these issues and improves their curbside pickup process.

I visited this location tonight and Macayla was so helpful and extremely sweet! I couldn’t seem to find one of the items y’all had in stock online in store. However she walked me directly to it, all while asking me how my day was and informing me about target circle. Her customer service was superb I hope I can run into her again the next time I stop by target. She was amazing!

Self check out is closed and only 3 registers open. And aisles are okay.

Love my neighborhood Target. Went for a return and to pick up a prescription. Target staff were helpful and friendly. Smooth process today. Store well stocked.

Only two register opens at 10:44 am on Sunday 4/28/24. The absolute worst!!!!!!!!
Update: lines are getting longer and nobody wants to get on a register a lot of managers but no support on front end. Self checkout not open and they are not opening it. You would think it was something wrong but no they just do not want to work. Pathetic!!!!!!

The drive-up service is experiencing a delay of 2 hours. Instead of opting for the drive-up service, where the turnaround time is significantly slower, you could accomplish many errands in the meantime.

The store was a mess. We couldn’t find anyone to help us. We left the store without several things. We pressed the call button for assistance three times without any help. We walked around to several different departments to see about finding help, and did not find anyone.

This Target is horrible and it was hard for me to write this review, as I am a frequent Target shopper. My family and I were waiting for over 30 mins for curbside pick up and no one asked what our order was for pick up or for assistance. My daughter had to go to the restroom, and the women's restroom was filthy with defecation on the toliets, sanitary napkins on the floor exposed and most of the soap dispensers were out of soap. I really hope that there is some turnaround at this store because this is something I'm not use to at Target.
