He explained me in depth of the whole procedure and made the transaction so quick. He is also very couteous and he got enchanting personality. I had a disappointing experience at the T-Mobile store in Pearland. Despite being eligible for an iPhone 14 Pro Max upgrade, the customer service was subpar. The representative initially quoted a high down payment without thoroughly checking my account and failed to mention a promotion until I brought it up. Their table math was inaccurate, leading to a prolonged and frustrating process.To make matters worse, after examining my phone, they claimed it wasn't eligible for trade-in due to a small, unnoticed crack. Despite having insurance, they suggested I fix it and return another day. This seemed illogical. However, I left the location and found a more accommodating T-Mobile in Missouri City, where I upgraded to an iPhone 15 plus with a trade-in, only paying state taxes. The service at the Pearland store left much to be desired, and I caution others, especially during the holidays.

First off you will be waiting on busy days!Other then that...it was well off worth thewait. Me and my husband had an amazinghost by the name of Michael. His customerservice was GREAT! He not only provided uswith great customer service, but had ananother customer and was very brilliant athandling us both. Well done Michael+!!! Andthe team that lead that day was awesome aswell. Shot out to Stephanie and Michael!

I should have done this a looong time ago.I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and could not be happier. Darius was awesome to work with at this location and we wound up with essentially the same cell service for less than half the price.

Not very helpful fast to say couldn't help when I purchased my new phone I also bought free replacement screen protectors to be installed when needed .. now they say they don't replace screen protectors anymore.. very disappointed..why you promote your product for sale with free replacement to at a later date after the sale not to honor what you advertise..After 18 yrs of loyal service looking for another carrier.

I was inquiring about switching to T-Mobile and visited this location and had a great experience! Michael helped me and he was phenomenal! My situation took a long time and he was so patient and kind and made sure to give me all information needed and went above and beyond what any customer service personnel would normally do. Thanks to Michael I am glad I switched and even more grateful I was helped by him!

I like this store or I appreciate the second shift who assisted me the other night near closing. I didn’t feel rushed. The three staff members all female who offered to help were knowledgeable and customer friendly. Overall a great buyer experience, customer service and customer support. I’d recommend to go there for your needs if you get the crew I was able to be assisted by.
