I was the first customer of the morning and had the pleasure of dealing with Veronica! It was the smoothest transaction I've ever had at any phone store in my life. She knows her phones and is incredibly efficient, helpful and explained every step of the way. Hands down that store has my business from now on. Thanks again!!

The people at this store took out a payment plan for a personal phone through my husband’s account. $18 a month for nearly two years before he saw the charge. T mobile will not refund him. They are thiefs.

We had fantastic service today from Veronica. She saved us hundreds of dollars, and took care of all the technical details. Excellent customer service and very friendly. We could not be any happier with T-Mobile. So glad we switched. We're saving over $200 monthly. Thanks T-Mobile, and thank you Veronica M!

After a long day of trying to find the phone I wanted and dealing with a very condescending manager at another store, I finally found a tmobile store that made me reconsider canceling my plan! The staff was friendly and very helpful but major shout out to Ja'nee! She went above and beyond to make the experience so much better! Give her a raise!

Worst experience ever in a Tmobile store. I came in the get my own plan and a new phone. The lady made me call customer care 3 times claiming she couldn't assist me with anything. Once I was done with customer care and setting up my new account over the phone. The lady then says they don't have any of the phones that I'd like in store. I asked if she could check the surrounding stores and she said they don't. She then tells me to drive to the galleria or check with nearby best buys. I instead called the next closest t-mobile store. They had what I wanted. The lady didn't even check. Why is this location open if they can't help with anything? Personally, I don't think she wanted to do her job.

The worst customer service ever. We were left standing there after we told them we wanted to preorder the new phones. 2 salespeople talking to the same customers. They just stared at us for a while so we decided to leave. T-mobile customers ever since they were VoiceStream! Ugh!

We had a very complicated transaction that caused months of trouble getting everything straightened out. Fortunately, Patricia never let us down, and she followed through on everything she promised to us. They are lucky to have her and she exemplified customer service.

Under new management and waited for half an hour to be told they couldn't upgrade my phone. Took it to Alvin by the college. Should have gone there to begin with. Don't waste your time here like I did!
