So I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve noticed a trend with the various beauty supply stores I go to. This one in particular is WAAAAAY overpriced. I’m writing this review in the parking lot after I just spent $102 on items that should cost no more than $50-$60 altogether. This beauty supply store is closer to my gym so it’s easier to stop here after I workout, but I should’ve went to Coco Bella in MO City like I planned. They are charging $9 for the smallest container of Shine and Jam. Other stores charge anywhere between $4 and $6. $7 for a pack of xpressions braiding hair when the market price is $4. Save your money and go to another store other than this one.

I was so excited to take my guest visiting from the UK and Australia to shop at Supreme Beauty. I've never worn a wig before and apparently the owners and staff at Supreme beauty have not either. There was a display( black wig,) that my relative tried on but she wanted to try on the brown colored wig but the problem was there was not a sample of the brown wig that was open. Thy were told to buy the brown version of the wig that they could not try on and if they bought it and didn't like it it was non refundable.There was a kind hearted ♥️ shopper who kindly explained this is the way it was here but Shine beauty 5011 hwy 6 ste 107 was great. So we drove 15 min and it was awesome . The prices were amazing . It was clean and organized. Most importantly there was a display of every wig in the store There was a beautiful salesgirl who was experienced and new how to help with wigs. I use olaplex products and they offered olaplex at the best price I've ever seen. So happy for the angel who kindly told me about Shine Beauty on highway 6. Check them out ?.

Do yourself a favor and drive about 2 miles up the street to the beauty supply off of 518 and Cullen. The people are nicer. They can actually help you pick quality products not to mention the prices are so much better.This place is price gouging

I usually come here for lashes and NYX products for my makeup kit.Recently, bought an NYX primer from here that was old and expired…. On top of being over-priced already!The consistency of the product was old, clumpy and not right, and the bottle was half empty.Needless to say, I go in here often, weekly! Never get a receipt and the one time I need assistance with a product I purchased from here, they are unwilling.Never going back.

This location has pretty good pricing on hair. I have no problem with finding good hair deals here, but I have trouble with finding the hair products (ex. specific oils or deep conditioners) I need here. Overall, I recommend this store for its hair collection.Update: super overpriced on stuff & all sales are unfortunately final :(I paid $10.99 for Castor oil, before going to H-E-B. It was $4.22 there - I regret not going to H-E-B first. Since this supply store is closer to my home, I typically go here. However, after today, I’m considering taking my business elsewhere.

I normally don’t post these types of reviews but I’m pretty disappointed to see that I just purchased this edge control gel by Kaleidoscope Hair Products for $18.99 and it’s practically empty. Who sells something for this amount only to give the customer a third of what they paid for?Needless to say, I have enjoyed the other Kaleidoscope products but I’m starting to notice a trend with expensive products being less than half full.I wish this could be read directly by the owner so she can know that her products are being shipped out with only a 1/4 of the actual product inside.The texture also feels off. Like it’s been compromised? Lots of air bubbles inside.

I do not like this store I hate that I am constantly watched while shopping because I’m “suspected” to steal something their main buyers are us “black women & men” and the treatment here is terrible. I will return back to my original beauty supply cocobella in Missouri city

WARNING!!!! GO TO JOLLA BELLA ON CULLEN UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING 50-60% MORE FOR THE SAME ITEMS!!! See for yourself! Supreme Beauty by H‑E‑B on 518’s mark ups are RIDICULOUS and they have done this off of our backs for YEARS!!There are more options of places to patronize that have much better customer service on top of LOWER PRICES!! I will vacuum the beach before I come here again if I ever feel like wasting time and MONEY again! Smh.
