If I could leave a review of this property giving ZERO stars I would. There is NO timely care or attention to maintenance requests, and they must only focus on quick fixes because I live here and my AC breaks and stays broken for SO damn long. Don't bother calling them, they wont answer -- even if its WITHIN work hours.The fact that I have to sit in Texas HEAT with a broken AC for days just trying to get a hold of somebody to fix it KNOWING full well they raise our rent every year, is beyond ridiculous. We're moving. This community is NOT WORTH IT. Genuinely -- Save your money and look elsewhere.UPDATE: Managed to speak to someone on their emergency line after being on hold for 45mins. just for them to tell me to call the office because, in their opinion, its not hot enough in TX.Have fun and good luck with your lease, whoever's reading this and thinking their experience is going to be any different :)Oh and the mold problem from all the other reviews? Yeah. That's very real.

I’ve lived in several properties in the area and Stella is hands down the best. The amenities are top notch, price is fair, and any and all concerns or questions that I’ve had (minor things - needed new key, issue with trash) were addressed immediately by the office. It truly feels like a home! Have already recommended to friends.

My boyfriend and I are getting ready to move in together and i have looked at so so many properties comparing prices and amenities how spacious the rooms and closets are the kitchens and overall qualities of the place . I’ve spoken to many leasing offices and this one is by far the friendliest . Alex helped me he greeted me with a smile ready to help me with the countless questions i had . Needless to say i left very happy and immediately told my boyfriend i think this is the one !

I went to the Stella at shadow creek ranch to ask for information and Alex answered all of my questions while being very professional and provided wonderful customer service I was very impressed . They offer great amenities and many floor plans for different sized families with great prices . Ive looked at many other properties around the area and this is in my top choices definitely recommend looking into the stella ! Ask for Alex !

Run just run away!!!! Let's start at the very beginning. It took him weeks to get this apartment because the office is very unresponsive. Absolutely insane! When he got the keys today they didn't even work!!! Including a mailbox key. I'm sorry WTH people. My friend and I did the walk through today to move in and we found several issues! They claim they just renovated it, but I doubt that. The biggest and scariest issue that I found was in the HVAC closet it was full of dust and dirt. Who knows what is under that dust and dirt? Maybe mold I'm not sure. But it's a health hazard. The second biggest issue is the rust on the fence on the balcony. That is one scratch away from needing a Tetanus shot! We found several areas of damage on the (new) cabinets. Now for the less scary things. Chips on the counter, rusted refrigerator rack, and some other general wear and tear items on the apartment. I hope they fix these things before move in. We saw concrete pieces on the stairs, the pool is not clean, and the vehicle gates are so rusted I don't even understand how that is permissable. It's another Tetanus shot waiting to happen. Please do not be fooled by the leasing office. This does not mirror how they care for the property!

I was homeless at the time I found Stella at Shadow Creek apartments,so I was frustrated and desperate .my leasing agent Alex was so helpful, patient,and kind ,he helped me with everything that I needed to move in.very ,friendly and understanding .I was so grateful to him because he made my transition smooth,and he made it look easy,no worries.I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for easy living and comfort to come and take a look at Stella at Shadow Creek apartments.And if you come, ask for Alex ,you'll get the best experience in a professional leasing agent from him.Thank you Alex for making me feel at home ..Earnestine Rosario tenant...

Alex, the assistant manager was so friendly when showing me around the community! I recently visited the and would absolutely live here if we were still moving to the area. Would highly recommend based on the staff alone.

From the moment we walked into the office, the office staff had provided us with exceptional customer service and has made sure our move in process was smooth and quick. This property is beautiful and Maintenance is always quick to respond if we have any requests. Alex, the assistant manager was very kind and quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommend this property for anybody Looking for their new home!!

Staying at Stella has been such a great experience! The management team does an amazing job at building community and relationships. Concerns are addressed promptly and the maintenance team has come out after hours on more than one occasion. The location is extremely convenient, especially if you’re working in the city. Overall, it’s been an incredibly pleasant experience!

My experience at Stella has been wonderful. The staff is always so friendly, maintenance requests are always dealt with very fast. It’s very peaceful here, very dog friendly with little dog parks and bathing station which is very convenient for my large breed dog. I love the convenience of the area, lots of restaurants, shopping centers, and beautiful access to the trails. The amenities are great as well, beautiful set up of the main pool and I love that the management is always doing fun activities for the residents. My time here has definitely been very pleasant and comfortable!

“Mold is everywhere”. This is a direct quote from the property manager herself. I had a horrible mold problem in the apartment caused by a leak that went on for 48 hours before maintenance came. When the mold started, my complaints were ignored. When maintenance came they simply painted over it. Nothing was treated. I no longer felt safe in the apartment. I spoke with the office and manager many many times who continued to ignore my concerns. When actual venders came by they said the problem was serious. At that point I believed it too dangerous to stay while the repairs could be done. When I moved out we found mold in places all over the apartment, completely unrelated to the leak. In the kitchen cabinets, even on the walls. The mold ate through the paintings I had up, the clothes in my closet and even mold on my dishes in the cabinets. I doubt they did any proper repairs after I moved out. They don’t care about your health or your property.
