Quality of service has sharply declined in recent years. Salesmen not helpful, rude, and derisive when you ask for help or more info. Things like "No sir, we don't do installations" before the customer buys the product would be very helpful.

Great service by knowable people, quality parts, mostly oem parts, not cheap China made equipment. It is still an "old fashioned " parts store. Parking can be a little difficult at times though.
