“Purchased the product online. While the product is great and the store is officially listed on Yonex site as authorized reseller. It’s definitely going to be my go to place for any badminton needs.
Couple of cons which will help with experience.
1. Online store needs better way to filter. Like not showing out of stock products.
2. Increase stock options. (I understand with sales it may not make sense to stock up. But as user. I would like more options)
3. Please please please mention your delivery terms. Your site says free shipping. But what’s the ETA. Will you ships next business, after one week, after two weeks? Etc. while I’m local Houston it took 3 days for delivery.

“Actually had a great experience!!! I went for some Nike training shoes, and Cam was very nice helping me select which colors and what was trending, he is a great asset to this location. Even my cashier, Jamesica made sure I had signed up to get points from the purchase that I could use later for future purchases. Solid place for workout gear. And you can’t beat the organization. More laid back spot for shopping for gear. I truly enjoyed it.”
“The staff here usually pretty nice. It does get really busy on the weekends. The store is well maintained despite the rude patrons that refuse to put items back after viewing them. The only downfall for me is their shoe selection for larger feet.”
“I've never actually been in this store but we did do a curbside pickup. it was for a hanging punching bag we were driving through and hoping just to get it because our academy did not have one. it took 45 minutes and my husband going in and coming back out and waiting for them to bring it out. the academy where I'm from is much more customer service friendly and oriented. I hope this was just a bad day and not their normal service.”
