Walked in, asking questions- Black chicken had an attitude and wasn't busy( sitting at the register idol- I felt as if I wasn't Welcomed , o and I am Black as well. It wasn't Felicia as I know her. If Felicia can't do my hair, I definitely won't go back until a new stylist is Hired.

I used to go here back when Anna, Yolanda and the other stylists were here and had good experiences. Sadly, all the stylists are gone and just the manager is left and she is very rude. I tried multiple times over the course of three weeks to get a trim and every time, she had an excuse why she couldn't cut my hair! Even when the salon was completely empty, she would still refuse to cut my hair. Like someone else said, she will make you wait or refuse to cut your hair, then take a walk in after you. I don't know what the manager's problem is, but I will never go back here again.

The lady who is working there is so rude , she refuses to cut my sons hair because he is down syndrome and he was scared .never go there , the salon is nasty and very bad services and bad customer service.

First time customer here. I had a cut/blow dry done by Letty. She did an amazing job! I love the cut! I also have very thick hair and she did the best blow out I have had in a very long time! I would highly recommend SmartStyle Hair Salon!

I came here at 7:00pm and she was cutting someone hair. I seen it closes at 8pm the lady makes me wait which is fine but then another customer comes in and takes him instead. And then tells me to go across the street because she won't have time to cut my son hair. How rude.
