He is not only extremely detailed and informative with all the work he does on my vehicles, but also you can tell he cares about doing a top notch job. Rick and Robin own the best Mechanic shop I have ever frequented and is now the only shop I use for anything vehicle related.

Simms Automotive is the Most Honest car repair establishment ever!! Having taken my 2007 Toyota, "Rosie" to Simms Automotive to be serviced for many years, I can only say they are not only thorough, and take the time to diagnose the issue, but offer several solutions. Oh yes, some other "chain" places may seem like a better deal? But honestly, do you want to just "put a band-aid on your car"? I do not know who this Kansas M. is from the year 3/30/2010 is but I wonder if his vehicle is still running? I have owned several vehicles in my 72 years and wished I had taken them here because they would probably still be running. I thank you, Mr. Rick Simms and Robin, for being kind and honest and being here for all of us. Your knowledge, Rick, is priceless. Over 34 years in the same location through thick and thin - still here - Wow!!! Now that's what I am talking about!!! Take your vehicle here and I guarantee you will be so glad you did.

Pros: Rick and company are highly skilled and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Also, i enjoyed looking at the old parts and being explained what was wrong with them.

Rick is the absolute most thorough mechanic I have ever talked to. Really takes the time to explain everything and make and make it understandable. Zero pressure when it comes to what needs to be done and gives options to boot. Family run business that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Great team! Just wish I would have found them sooner.
