“I’ve been having issues with a return from Amazon and a lot of back and forth about me sending the package and the seller not receiving the package. I decided to call FedEx about obtaining a receipt and tracking number since I lost it. Mind you, this was also about 2 months later.
However, upon calling FedEx Tyree answered and took the time and patience to locate the tracking ID and the receipt that I lost 2 months ago. Excellent customer service from Tyree. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“My husband and I are from out of town (NJ) with a desperate need to burn some DVDs for a presentation. I have been working with Shelly for almost two hours as it’s been very difficult due to the size of the file. She even offered to stay an hour past closing to finish our job but thankfully we figured out the problem and we’re copying DVDs as I write this review! Shelly is fantastic! She was sooo patient, kind, persistent to find the answer we needed! I would encourage her owners to give her a bonus or a raise! :) Actually, all the staff here are fantastic! You won’t go wrong bringing your work here! They really do care!”
“It is what it is. A place to pick up your undeliverable Fed Ex packages. Be prepared to hear customer sob stories and angry rants while you wait your turn. The guy that was working there was stone-faced and direct, he's heard it all and can only tell you what he sees in front of him on the screen, he's not a miracle worker, just there to help. Next!”
