“The staff here usually pretty nice. It does get really busy on the weekends. The store is well maintained despite the rude patrons that refuse to put items back after viewing them. The only downfall for me is their shoe selection for larger feet.”

DSW used to carry a lot of selection and brands. Currently find very limited selection of some of the brands that I used to shop for.
Found the associates at this location always helpful and friendly.”

“Stoped by may 15, a girl and guy were attending us the whole time, my sister needed a bigger size the guy so politely offered to go check in the back for her with out us even asking, the girl was supper sweet and attentive making conversation, they did a great job with customer service. I asked for their name but just now have had a chance to leave this review so I forgot ? very very nice though !”
“I always buy shoes here because of the sales. Staff is ok and can get an attitude but overall I like this place. I wish they had more running shoes for women. The men's athletic shoes takes up most of the store.”
“I've never actually been in this store but we did do a curbside pickup. it was for a hanging punching bag we were driving through and hoping just to get it because our academy did not have one. it took 45 minutes and my husband going in and coming back out and waiting for them to bring it out. the academy where I'm from is much more customer service friendly and oriented. I hope this was just a bad day and not their normal service.”

Even though we had to go back-and-forth in order to find the right size Aaron was super patient and told us that we were no bother and it was his job to help us. “I mean the kids in the store are nice enough. They are better than most Finish Line locations. Often they never fullfill your online orders though. They use to but then overtime I think they have gotten lax and don't check what ever system there is. Other than that it is a cool location.”
