It’s 10:30, the Shoe Palace business is still not open. Goggle said they open at 10am, I came at 10am. This is ridiculous and bad business practices! Unfortunately, the next location is out of my timeframe.10:45am, I waited for them to open. The person had a whole attitude and rude like I made late! I asked her one question, “Are you the manager?”Business owner to business owner, please find better employees to represent your business if you are not present!

Rude and disrespectful staff. I just witnessed an altercation where the employees were disrespecting a customer and their small child. One of the employees even left the store and yelled outside at the customer and their small child after they left. The employee yelled “you wanna catch that fade now?” further provoking the incident. The manager had to restrain the employee, pushing him back into the store while he continued to yell and cuss at the customer. The customer was 3 or 4 stores down. Everyone watching felt threatened and disgusted at the staff and how they created and escalated this situation. Very unprofessional. I’ll never buy from this store again. I would rather buy online.

Shoe palace ladies are the best. I went to multiple stores trying to find a shoe and customer service was horrible. When I got to SP I was greeted as soon as I hit the door. The ladies helped me even find socks to match my dress. Everyone was so nice and attentive. My new favorite shoe store.
