They will rob you ! They will tell you the first tap didnt go through and tell you to tab again and not knowing that they charged you twice. I called my bank to make sure this was accurate and sure enough ,they received the funds twice.ofcourse, i went back to the store and they denied it all. It was a heavy set indian guy.

Overpriced fuel. Half the pumps don't work. Of the pumpa that do work, the card reader is sketchy. Avoid this station.

The whole property was dirty, restroom was nasty and products overpriced. Ex. $4 for a Snapple and $6 for some gum… no thanks, I’ll drive down to HEB or somewhere else.

Cashier refused to let me use my fuel rewards twice. First time was a different day and went inside to pay and put in my rewards number. Go to pump and price on pump did not reflect the discount. Today I go and put my rewards on the pump then go inside to pay, he clears out my rewards and refused to let me use my rewards flat out, for no reason. I canceled and will not be returning to this location. And reading other reviews on this location seems to be a trend.

Everything is very expensive, very poor attention, the bathrooms are always dirty, they never have soap, everything is messy.

Attendant, Manny made preselected price of 93 and I pumped 87 gas with higher than normal price. I paid cash and wasn’t fair price. I won’t use this location at the future, but want the owner to know that attendant is dishonest with the customer

I came to shell 8/17/20 around 5:15pm. The cashier was really rude. I will never comeback to this shell again. Hire people with good customer Service.

Was in the store and the young lady was not only rude and called me a mother@$&” twice and took my picture and my car . I had ask this young lady where her mask was and she told me that was not my business mother$&)@$& and threw my money at me and was very rude and I had my face covered with my shirt because I forgot my mask and there was not anyone else in the store .

Cashier was rude, we usually go here to fill up on gas on all 3 vehicles and get snacks, but after the rude customer service and the cashier screaming at people, we won’t be back. Definitely letting our friends and neighbors know. Taking our business to another shell station. Uncouth cashiers.
