Google maps says the store is open 24 hours, but they definitely aren't. Also, why does the whole store smell like somebody took a Taco Bell dump in every corner?

No prices on the shelf... how much do things cost? But that wasn't the worst part. I am convinced they wait for someone to poo in the toilet then use that water to mop the store... entire store smelled so bad from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I wanted to hold my breath.

I just stopped here for gas and to use the restroom. The store is bug and spacious and full of anything you may need while being on the road. What I found unique about this place and pretty cool is that they have a giant cigar cabinet inside full of so many different types. Obviously not my thing but for those of you who enjoy a cigar, you may wanna check this out! The restrooms smelled so bad. They appeared to be clean for the most part but smelled like something extremely sour or spoiled.

So this is about Serrano’s inside not the gas station itself:So on the morning of my birthday 8/26 , I decided I wanted my favorite breakfast tacos for breakfast. I used to stop in here all the time on the way to work and they have the most delicious breakfast tacos in the area. However, this morning I showed up and talked to the girl behind the counter, and she told me that she was done for the day. I said, what do you mean you're done for the day? She said we stop serving breakfast tacos already. I said why it's 7:50 in the morning she said I don't know so I asked what time do you start serving breakfast tacos? She said I don't know she didn't directed me to go talk to the lady behind the counter, who works at the gas station in part of the building Which she of course said she doesn't work at the restaurant and she couldn't help me.So my question is this why would the restaurant quit serving breakfast tacos at 7:50 in the morning. Maybe there was some kind of language barrier but I did ask one more time in Spanish for a taco with eggs and bacon but still she said noThis is used to be a great place to go get breakfast, but either they change their policy or they need to find new help that understands customers or as a little bit more communicative with customers

We love come here for snacks and gas when we compare prices to other etc. We pump our air in tires and wash our windshield when we get a chance

Card skimmers on the gas pumps at this location. Be careful! Check for tampering and wiggle everything! We had fraudulent charges on our account within hours after pumping gas here. Not sure how regularly they inspect their pumps and card readers here. Tried to call the store to let them know, but no good listed phone numbers. I will stop by and let the attendant know.

Shell Gas Station on Pearland Parkway totally incompetent. Gas pump out of V Power ($3.39/gal.). Therefore, I selected Shell Plus ($2.89/gal.) a small purchase to make to a station with my preferred gas. The attendants were too incompetent to even check the pump to determine the mishap with the V Power pump. Needless to say, I didn't receive the $.60/gal. difference in cost. They lied that they didn't own the pumps and Shell did. Then they wanted me to believe there is nothing they could do because I paid outside. Moral of this story is check your receipt and is the pump for the gas you don't want doesn't work go to another pump or on this case more replica station. And to add insult to the experience, they insist I come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. Remember they don't own the pumps. Then they give me a bogus phone number. Buyer be aware!!! Just because it looks legit doesn't mean it not a scam.
