We have been coming here since we moved to Pearland 3 years ago and haven’t had a bad encounter or experience yet! We have seen Dr. Frank for the last two years and love her and the vet techs! They’re very thorough and explain things clearly. Dr. Frank takes the time to get prices of various options for treatments and explain the differences in cost and effectiveness. I could go on and on. Highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I take my bull terrier here and I can’t recommend enough. The entire staff is friendly and quick to accommodate. My poor guy is a nervous wreck and they always do so well with him. Dr Labrenz definitely takes her time to hear about what’s going on and really assess my bully. It may not be his favorite place to come but it is by far my favorite vet for him.

We really love this vet clinic! Dr. Collins and Dr. Labrenz have seen our animals and were both awesome. Also, the front desk team is super kind and replies quickly to all my calls and emails. Highly recommend.

Love Shadow Creek Veterinary Clinic. I've been taking my dogs there since Dr. Collins opened up. They're so caring and love the animals as if they were their own. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I started going to Shadow Creek veterinarian clinic when I arrived here alone in 2019 with my Minnie Schnauzer, Minnie. The vets there are professional and caring and not out for just the money. They are extremely honest about what needs to be done. The staff is sweet and loving. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Brittany Frank is a simply wonderful veterinarian. She is caring and knowledgeable and always gentle and kind with our Jack Russell Terrier. She explains things thoroughly and answers questions with ease and professionalism. Very grateful for her care and expertise!

Shadow creek is amazing! They truly care about each and every one of their patients and they are always willing to accommodate! My 11 year old yorkie was having so exercise intolerance and cough and going through the weekend I was afraid he would get worse. They were quick to work me in on Saturday even if they were fully booked!! Dr. LaBrenz took her time to fully examine my baby and listened to my concerns and validated them! I am truly so happy with their service always!! I trust them 100% with my baby ✨

My husband & I love Shadow Creek Vet Clinic. We have had the best experience with Dr. Collins - his bedside manner is superb! The staff is also very kind and accommodating, which is a huge bonus. We’ve since moved away from the area, but still bring our babies here for a reason!

It was my first time at this office, my cat had an ear infection and what appeared to be allergies, she was scratching her ears and face. The vet that was treating her was overly rough with her and made me feel very uncomfortable. After sending me home with ear drops that cost over $50, I was told today after calling to let them know she was lethargic and not doing well to just stop giving her the medication. What was the point in prescribing the $50 medication and after 3 applications just stop?? Didn’t seem be too concerned about her condition, not a good first impression, the visit cost over $350 and a day and a half after seeing her I guess she doesn’t need the ear drops.

I brought my 8-month-old Husky for a routine checkup and bordetella nasal treatment on 11/10. Unfortunately, a few days later, my dog developed a persistent cough. I understand some post-treatment symptoms, but the prolonged condition raised concerns.When I contacted the office, I was told it would resolve on its own (Within a couple of days). However, my dog's condition persisted. Yesterday (11/15), I called to have the vet check my dog and was surprised to learn of a $78 fee for any visit, regardless of the reason.Today (11/16), I confirmed this policy. The lady I spoke to insisted it was the facility's policy. It's unacceptable to pay for a visit related to treatment received from them. I'm actively seeking a new vet and hope they reconsider their policy to support pet owners instead of focusing on quick profits.Truly disappointed, especially since they came highly recommended.

I loved the attention of the staff, from the moment I spoke on the phone they were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived at the appointment, everything was the same, very nice, helpful, the doctor and the assistants were super professional. The best service I have received and the best quality. Even though my dog was quite dirty, it was also raining and she got all covered in mud. Still, the treatment towards her was the best of the best. The doctor checked her whole body very well, ears, eyes, teeth, they gave her her vaccinations and they gave me very detailed estimates of what she needs. I only give 5 stars because there are no more stars to give. I would give it a million stars and a million thanks.
