The worst experience of my life I went to do my shopping at Sam's Club without imagining that I would leave there in an ambulance they have the cooler in the egg area broken and it is leaking water they do not have any sign of wet floor I fell in the cooler because of the water that was on the floor I hurt my back, neck, leg and worse still my left hand a customer helped me up and called the manager to come help me but they only came to fill out a report that I had fallen and at no time did they worry about letting the people around me know to be careful that the floor was wet in my pain and as I could I let the customers know that the floor was wet they did not give me any help so I had to call 911 who came for me the following week I called them to ask if they had a doctor on their behalf and they told me they would call me and when they did they said they would not be responsible because I should have seen the water I do not recommend this store it is a danger for older people and pregnant women, avoid going to this place, it is a danger because they do not want to be held responsible for the damages. I have been in chiropractic and orthopedic treatment for 2 months, I cannot perform the same tasks that were normal for me before, I still have pain in my hand. SAM'S CLUB DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND IT IS A DANGER TO BUY IN THEIR STORES.

I was there on Saturday evening to set up an account only one person was working on customer care but she was very helpful to everyone I even told her that looks like having a busy evening Jessy replied back with a smile on her face, yes and I enjoy working like this. did a wonderful job setting up my account and educate me about benefits that come along with the accounts and sine me up to great deal?thank you Jessy

This is not a customer-friendly place for handicapped individuals. I've been here many times and there are not enough carts charged. There are plenty of carts but they are not ready for customers.
Recently, I went at the opening of business and the carts (except one) were sitting around uncharged. No one cares. When I ask the woman who's job it is to get carts inside for a customers, she ignores me.

Lanai was so rude. Waited 25 minutes in line. The cashier was rude to the customer in line in front of me. She was rude to the customer behind me. Tammy the mgr said "Lanai is so friendly." No. She's No she's not.

I had a pleasant and extremely fast checkout here thanks to Ms. Sandra. She was very courteous, showed me how to set up and use the app scan and pay. She also showed me how to order from the cafe' while at the checkout. Ms. Sandra showed great customer service and I appreciate her willingness to assist me.

Best Sam Clubs location in the Greater Houston area and city of Pearland. Various items and a lot of discount items in this location. And they have self check out very fast and secured.

In the food area they also have to have more hygiene in the tables they have so that people can eat because whenever I go with my family we buy something, be it a pizza or something else, but the point is that the tables are always dirty....
