So I recently purchased tire from Sam’s on 8/7/24 got them installed 8/14/24. Everything seems to be fine but on 8/15/24 I started to lose air in my driver rear tire. I saw there was a pin size hole near the outside of my tire. I immediately took my car to Sam’s to have the check my tire. I was told that at 4:30 that they might not be able to get to me but they would take me as a walk-in. So the guy told me to park my car which I did. Then he saw me with my door open waiting and told me that I needed to come in after I had been waiting for like 45min. Then I waited for 2 and a half hours just to tell them that we can’t get to you today and by this time my tire is completely flat. The sale associate apologized but stated that they are shot staff and it was one two of them working today. I felt that unexceptional when I had been there since 4:30. I get that the are short staffed but at this point there was one where else for me to take my vehicle plus I had just purchased there tires. I cried because I didn’t know what to do or where to go to get my tire fixed. But the salary management made it right and helped me out.But they definitely need more then two people working.

Y’all need to hire some more people in the auto center.Nobody answers the phone, it takes 25-30 minutes just to get help in the actual store, and I only seen 2 people working in the auto center!!!! This is ridiculous. Shouldn’t take forever and 3 days to get my battery recharged that KEEPS DYING!

Utilized their gas station and the price is very economical and wallet friendly! Only cons would be you have to be a member of sam's club but other than that it's pretty good deal! If you are around plus member then this is the go to place for gas! Come get your gas! Cheers

This store is horrible! They never answer the calls, if they do your on hold until the line disconnects. They have now canceled two of my club delivery's with out any notifications. The absolute worse customer service. Be aware that If something goes wrong for you at the club, you are on your own.

Had appointment to get tires installed and was told its be less than an hour and two hours later still waiting on my car. No one is ever around the service desk area to ask questions

Absolutely ridiculous. No one was available to help me because no one showed up for work when the tire center was supposed to be open at 8 am. They told me try back this afternoon. I only wanted a quote and there wasn’t a single person who could help me. Just sad.

Ummm - so - Ionknow why there are so many bad reviews but I am here to sing the praises of Sam's. I have been a Costco girl for the last few years and maybe the contrast in products just has me in a chokehold at the moment but I am SHOOKETH at the difference.... I have had a Sam's card since 1994 - yes, you read right 1994.... since college - I am a Sam's card holding OG. I just haven't really been there in years. I was there a couple of weeks ago and lookee here - I WILL be back!!!! Why are their chicken wings so much better? Hello Tyson Buffalo Chicken winggggsss!!!! and the lil italian meat cheese rolly thingees - STOP PLAYING with me!! so good. The bakery is about to put all ten pounds back on me I just lost and WHO told them to stock the GOOD azz Wright applewood smoked bacon???? PLUS - I feel like the $300 I spent went further. I can't truly quantify that - it is just what my spirit told me. Don't judge me. I just highly recommend. ISSAGO!!!!!

If they. Oils only fix the food court. Always out of condiments and poorly staffed. Also, the gas station is like the wild Wild West. No one obeys the directions and after waiting in line,someone will cut in front if you from the opposite side. No staff or security on site !!

Is it possible to go into Sam's and they be out of bottle water? Yes, only 1 ripped open package. This was the only reason for going and this time it was a flop. However, I was able to grab a few snacks, so maybe not a complete flop. May be next time. Until the next time, Bye-Bye!

It was 800pm I was turned around while they still had their doors open with customers inside to get my son birthday cupcakes registers are still open I explained and begged if I could still get them it was an order I placed. I wasn't coming to shop! They didn't offer to assist just no I really thought sams club associates would understand it's my 4 year old bday. Very nonchalant but this company says they care about it's members and I pay a membership to shop here !! S*** Walmart target heb wouldn't have turned me away and it's no membership fee disappointed at the pearland sams club !!! Costco here I come
