Amazing staff! I visit here at least twice a month and customer service is always stellar. From the Store Manager to the floor associates they’re ALWAYS on point. I was visiting the other day and there was a not so nice customer. The store associate was polite and cool as a cucumber. I stayed around to make sure she was safe as the lady waited in her car then returned to chew her out more. I don’t remember the associates name however she delivered amazing customer service under difficult circumstances. I will be visiting the store to inform the Store manager on a job well done on the associates end.

Store manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. Does not honor the return policy and even suggested store associates put the phone on speaker (after they called her for clarification) so she could continue to yell at both staff and myself. Told me “she was off the clock” so she shouldn’t be talking to me anyway. Sally’s if this is the best you have for store representation, you might as well begin to count your days. Sad.Update: Customer service called and advised me that I should have been allowed to return my item in store and that store employees are misinterpreting the policy. The policy is clear for me so I don’t see how this happened. The manager is simply doing her own thing by enforcing her own rules while being nasty and rude to customers. Based off of the other reviews, this behavior is common at this location. I got my money back, and the sales associate (Brandy, I believe) that declined to the transaction last night hid in the back when I arrived. She didn’t want to face me after smirking and laughing about the whole ordeal on last night. I got my money back, but I most certainly won’t be returning to this location.

Store Manager Emma is extremely rude. While I completely understand their policy of not accepting returns from the Missouri City store, she was extremely rude. Nothing I did or said warranted her rudeness. Very poor attitude.

I recently patronized Sally’s on Broadway Street in Pearland and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite selection and the impeccable service. The store showcased a variety of great products. The attentive and knowledgeable customer service representative Ms. Alicia ensured that my experience was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring my satisfaction with my purchase. I can’t recommend Alicia enough for a fantastic shopping experience. She’s Awesome!

Everyone made sure to say hello and offer help. All but one. That one made sure to park her re-stock cart right in front of the racks that held the $100 curling irons on was looking to purchase. I was literally standing there, precisely looking at each one when she rolled her cart in front of me. She then left it there and went someplace else in the store. I eventually walked around it. At this point I’ve walked around the cart, my hip pressed against the corner of the cart. This must’ve bothered her because she came back to move it , without even an excuse me when I was physically unexpectedly disturbed by her moving the cart. She seemed irritated and bothered to be there entirely. She is Caucasian with piercings in her face, blue green or purple hair, I can’t recall but it was definitely a primary color. Ma’am, if you catch this review. Your attitude and demeanor STANK. I’ll still give the store 4 stars because the store did have everything I needed and it’s not the rest of the staffs fault that this one is STANK

Came to this store with the intentions on spending $$$$ on hot tools and supplies to surprise my wife who’s a hair stylist. I was greeted by staff but one was individual had such a disgusted look on her face , I got the weirdest vibe and automatically was not excited to be there. Young woman with a bad dye job and earrings in her brow. I'll gladly go to the next beauty supply store NOT this store.

Customer Service was awful, I could tell she didn't want to help me. Store wasn't stocked up, I asked about the telephone location she said they're still open. I went and it wasn't there anymore. Later I go to the one on pearland parkway and beltway. They were complete opposite, friendly customer service and stocked up options

I was in Sally’s looking to purchase color as was another lady, the other lady asked the “manager” a question and the employee manager or whatever she is cause I big scene she was very disrespectful she bag to tell the lady how she could put her out of the store though the lady was talking with another lady at this point. The “manager” began to yell I’m 34 years old and came from around the counter. This is unacceptable and I’m sure someone with better behavior could use that job at a time like this.

Today (4/19/23) around 5:49pm, I arrived at Sally's located in Pearland in the Silverlake area on 10228 Broadway St to pick up my online order which included 2 olive miracle oil moisturizer lotion. The employee at the register ( Caucasian with blue hair) provided my order to me and the receipt clearly shows 2 items. However, when I shook the bad it only felt like there was only 1 item so I took the time to perform a quick inspection by opening the stapled bag and I shared there's only 1 item inside and I paid for 2 items . She just stood there and stared at me and never bothered to apologize!!! Then she started walking toward to the back and stated she'll get the second one. So I politely waited...She then returns and placed the item in my bag. By this time, I'm so annoyed that I just left the store thinking this nightmare is finally over. After driving out the parking lot and waiting at the stop sign, I decided to check both bottles inside the bag. Long and behold, this girl had the audacity to place a "used bottle whereas nearly one fourth of the top portion was missing". Now, I had to turn around and re- enter the store and brought this (2nd issue) to her attention. I clearly stated why would you provide customers with pre opened product whereas 1/4 portion of the moisturizer is missing..I then requested that she look at the bottle and clearly she " looked at me" and stated she'll go get another bottle. Lord- help this girl... This is clearly poor customer service, lack of compassion, poor quality check inspections before passing online orders to customers, and etc... This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous..There needs to be ongoing employee training services provided to this particular employee. This kind of activities causes customers to NOT want to visit this particular Sally's location. There should not be this ongoing issue causing so much rework to customers". Don't think I'm gonna visit this location for a while..Very disappointing..

I have been shopping exclusively at this store for more than a decade, but no more. I’ve gone there too many times and left empty handed b/c they didn’t have what I needed in stock. In addition, EVERY SINGLE time you try to use a coupon that you have earned, there is a problem! They are great at taking your money, but ALWAYS allege the printed coupon or emailed coupon that says for in store or online use “isn’t coming up in the system”. To top it off, the manager isn’t professional and seems argumentative! THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS!!! There are too many other beauty supply stores for me to keep dealing with this BS!
