customer service at all . And the old lady that’s incharge of the fitting room is worst .

We’ve gone to this location a couple of times and go to multiple locations in the area. I have never witnessed such terrible, belittling and absolutely rude customer service. I understand there are “corporate policies” as one of the managers stated, but there is ABSOLUTELY no reason “supervisor” KENZI should be SHOUTING at people in front of their faces to take off the hangers off of the clothing before coming to the register. Mind you more than half of the customers were Spanish speakers. This “supervisor” then proceeds to yell across to the other associates “you have to yell at THEM” or else they won’t listen,” and continued to snicker and repeat it again while the other associates laughed. Maybe if your supervisor KENZI is treating people like this, she’s probably in the wrong line of work. I hope this issue gets resolved and people at your store treat customers like actually human beings instead of making them feel like they’re walking through TSA, and if you did want us to follow “corporate policies”, y’all would have the racks cleared for customers to follow those said policies and take the hangers off of the clothing. I have worked in customer service and management for close to 14 years and I was in complete shock at how this supervisor was treating customers at this store. Absolutely infuriating.

I just returned something a few minutes ago and Mrs. Little Claudia decided to throw me my receipt for no reason. She was nice to the lady in front of me, but not me. I literally did nothing to this lady. after she threw the receipt on the counter, all I could say, was “thank you for throwing my receipt” She scanned my items and said nothing so I asked her “So am I getting cash? Am I getting it put back to my card??” and she says “it’s going back to your card” and that was it then I had to ask her can I please have a receipt or something proving that is going back to my card like damn lady what’s your issue.

Decent pricing on the colognes, shades werent all that bad and has some cool clothes. Amazrd by the fact they had CREED AVENTUS of all colognes. All be it a 1.7 oz, but still amazed to find such a high end niche among all the calvin kleins and cheapies.

Self check out worker ridiculous!! She won’t take out your security tags until u bring her the receipt!! I gave her everything and waited for my husband to walk over to give her the receipt ??♀️ like I know u saw me put the card in!! Waisted time holding up line!!

Cashiers need to be nicer. An older black woman was my cashier and got annoyed at me when I didn't go up to her register right away (another customer went ahead first but she got confused and went to her and then to another register) which caused me to think she was talking to her. Then called me over with no patience. I walked over to her but I went the wrong way because I saw the previous person walked that way. Then she rudely said "no. Ovrr here!". I get it,she's stressed but no need to get mad! I even apologizd for the confusion and she didn't say anything. Please train the workers on their customer service
