Mr.Phil helped me out tremendously, he wasn’t over baring or pushy, he helped me look for a mattress and helped me with my entire bedroom purchase. I definitely recommend Mr.Phil and will be coming back to working with him while I continue to furnish my home.

We had a very good experience with our sales guy Sam. He never pressured us into anything let us take our time to look at what we wanted to see and never try to hurry us up even though we changed our minds a couple times he was very patient with us and I highly recommend this place especially Sam.

Our salesperson did not inform us that if we pick the wrong configuration for our sofa that we would have to pay a restocking fee AND new delivery fee to swap out for the different side. I was overcharged for the restocking fee by over $235 and it took over two months to receive a credit. The first delivery, there was a stain on the sofa. The second delivery, they brought out the wrong configuration of the sofa. The third delivery was finally correct. This was a very unpleasant experience. I’m not sure if I will order from them again.

Anna was wonderful. We talked earlier in the day. She was there when I arrived, showed me all options and had pricing ready to go. Buying my new sectional and ottoman was a breeze with Anna. Will definitely recommend her to others.

RTG customer service is great, they helped me get my couch and applied the promotion that I was not able to take advantage of due to hurricane Beryl in our area at that time. Delivery was quick and guys were great.
DO NOT ever use Synchrony Bank RTG credit card to get no interest or any other promotions, Synchrony Bank is terrible. They charged me a late fee on my first payment because I made a payment EARLY. Ignorant!
