I can only offer rave reviews for Randall’s Pharmacy staff. The pharmacists are so incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they make time to answer your questions, whether you are in person or you call in. They are simply excellent. I recently switched to this Pharmacy, and I’m so glad that I did.

Of all the grocery stores I've shopped in, Randall's is the priciest overall. However, I have found some really nice deals in the clearance section for meat, feminine products, and other items just by taking my time and perusing the shelves. Now that they offer a free item on Saturday's (Kroger use to do the same thing), I find myself coming to Randall's more often. Of course. thinking you'll just grab that freebie and get out the store would be a mistake. Call it peer pressure, but I have to buy SOMETHING! On a Saturday, nonetheless, the check out lines are a little heavy and there are no self check registers-at least not at this location. Still, I like the interaction of people sometimes, and the checkers do their best to get you in an out, so just be patient. What I really love about Randall's is the receipt- yes the receipt. If you have a coupon that is applied to an item, the price that you paid is next to the item. Not the regular price then the price of the discount under it or at the bottom of the receipt. I typically take pictures of tags for clearance items now just to be prepared, but I have not had that issue at all at Randall's. Refreshing. You get what you pay for surely! Did I mention that their red velvet cake is phenomonal?! Moist and decadent with chocolate pieces embedded within the cake. Icing is not too sweet, but actually edible. Score! Definitely get the app, register for an account and start getting those freebies each week. They have more than one too, but I will admit you have to search for them in the app. You can even get a reward for your birthday. Top that Kroger and HEB!

I made 3 trips and 2 phone calls to Randalls to buy an advertised brisket. During the second trip I asked for a raincheck. I was told I would have to come back on Tuesday, the last day of the sale, to obtain a raincheck. Tuesday there still weren't any briskets in stock, so I asked for a rain check as I had been instructed and was told the corporate office decided not to provide rainchecks. After promising me a raincheck if I returned on Tuesday having already making 2 other trips during the week to Randalls to buy a brisket, I was denied a raincheck and left empty handed. I was very unhappy and took my business to Krogers.

This Randalls has a very friendly staff. I am able to take my time, look around, and find what I am looking for. I once had a problem with my recent and went back in and the manager (I think he was the manager) was so nice. He took his time and made sure everything was corrected. And one evening after the Customer Service booth was closed one of the employees, who may have been the manager, help my Mom with an item that rang up wrong and we saw it after she had paid. Again, this employee was so nice to my Mom - that means a lot to me. Kindness goes a long way. That keeps us coming back. Thank you Randalls!

I went in to get a loaf of French bread for dinner. It was about 6 P.M. All of the bags of French bread in the bakery section said, “Baked fresh daily.” All of their 12 or so loaves were hard as a rock. I managed to find one that was not terribly hard and grabbed it. What's makes Mother's Day special ?Flowers! I purchased lovely potted plants that where given out as git's on Mother's Day day at a great price! There was no lines. It was clean and I picked up a few other supplies for my Mother's Day meal. I love Randle's something can be pricey, but they run specials on other things so I find mind. So I will be returning.

I've been using this store for my floral needs for 9 years. I was treated very poorly by the floral manager today. She was rude and snippy. She and the other employees that were helping her, laughed behind my back as she snickered, "Have a Nice Day. What an example she was setting! I had already complained to Chris, one of the store managers, and obviously he didn't hear her say this on my way out. I will not be back. I can go to Kroger or HEB now for my floral needs.

Go here weekly for my groceries - always clean, people always nice and helpful. Went today and my cashier was Ryan - even though his light was off and he was jumping on for extra register help, he was kind, quick, and delivered 5-Star customer service. Thanks to employees like him, I'll continue going to Randall's for all of our family's groceries. Thanks!
