Rafaela is extremely knowledgeable and was super helpful through out the whole process. As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better person to work with than Rafaela, she explained things very well and was ready to address any questions or concerns we had. This has been a long time coming we first tried to start the process of buying a home years ago and now with the help of Rafeala Ruffino we are officially HOME OWNERS!!! There was still parts of this process where I truly believed I would be turned down but Rafeala went to work for me in so many ways so many times. I'm forever greatful for her expertise in Home Loans and especially her way of doing business. When it was all said and done I just had this smile on my face and this feeling in my heart that told me she really did have all of my best interest in mind when she helped me make all the important decisions. As a first time home buyer I am 100% satisfied with my home loan!! Also to help us out with an Agent that we could trust Rafeala Ruffino referred Gina Warren to us to handle the other side of this process which was sorting through the market of homes for sale and all that goes with it and when I say these two are a dynamic duo I mean the complete package they helped me out in ways that literally had me thanking God!! So a big thanks to them both and Rafeala I couldn't have done it without you!

Having come from a miserable experience with loandepot, I was encouraged to call Rafaela and just let her run the numbers or look over the loan depot information. After a brief but intentional conversation she convinced me that I would be in better hands here than at loan depot. Just her sincerity and professionalism would have been enough, but she really does know what she's talking about and was able to speak to the business confidently.

Rafaela is a true professional! My loan was completed in 30 days from the date of application to closing. Rafaela and her team communicated with me every step of the way. Everything was exactly as she said it would be. I really liked the Title Company that was used, as well. Keep up the great work!
